Abstract: The industrialized development of coal resources in Xinjiang coal reserves nationwide,the development of the country＇s industrial economy is critical.Coal mine Wucaiwan 5 as Xinjiang,over one hundred million tons coal quasi-East coal mines in one important part of their development time is not very long,is still in the preliminary stages of development,how to evaluate its impact on the industrial economy is one of attention topic.From Xinjiang,the quasi-East,Wucaiwan Coal Industry Development in the analysis of the empirical analysis come to our conversion rate of coal resources in Xinjiang for Wucaiwan coal resources and industry should be based on the domestic market,in my Xinjiang the industry continuously to develop and grow,and gradually transformed into Xinjiang industrial raw material base,in order to achieve efficient use of resources,to promote industrial and economic development.
