Abstract: The resources of pteridophytes in Liangshui national nature reserve was investigated.The results indicated that there were 12 families,24 genera and 36 species pteridophyte in Liangshui national nature reserve. This report analyzed the species, floristic relation and ecologic type of pteridophyte resources.Some suggestions based on the actual conditions were put forward to develop and utilize the pteridophyte resources.
