    The efficient vegetable stubbles arrangement is an important cultivation technique. In order to guide the Hohhot greenhouse vegetable production and stubbles arrangements and improve the economic benefits of farmers, by surveying vegetable price of East Wa Yao markets in Hohhot in 2008 to 2012 off-season (November to April) , price of seven major fruit vegetable and seven leaf vegetable was showed. According to Hohhot vegetable price variation, combined with greenhouse production conditions, author suggested five kinds of efficient production pattern.

    Semen Cassiae is an important medicinal plant in Mongolian medical practice.In this paper, influence of plant growth regulator (PGR) on callus induction from stems and leaves were determined by experiments. The optimized protocol was established as follows.The seeds of Semen Cassiae were disinfected with 75% alcohol for 45 S,and then 0.1% HgCl2 for 5 min; afterwards,they are placed onto the medium containing 30 g/L sucrose and 7 g/L agar.When we obtained the aseptic seedlings, the leaves were removed for callus induction and transferred onto medium containing of MS,30g/L sucrose,7g/L agar,2 mg/L 6- BA and 0.6 mg/L NAA;simultaneously,the stems were removed and transferred onto the medium containing MS, 30g/L sucrose, 7g/L agar,3mg/L 6-BA and 0.7 mg/L NAA.Our work will promote multiple propagation and cell culture of Semen Cassiae,since there has been no report about tissue culture of this medicinal plant in China
    Studies on Physiological Characteristics of Welsh Onion Infected by Downy Mildew

    Based on the field Investigation of Downy Mildew of welsh onion, physiological analysis was done to both resistant and susceptible varieties. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and carotenoid content dropped on both varieties. But the susceptible cultivar dropped more than the resistant one when the varieties were infected by Downy Mildew. The soluble sugar content of both euhivars increased after infection, but the susceptible eultivar increased more than the resistant one. The soluble protein content in susceptible cultivar increased a little, and the resistant one dropped after infection. The free amino acid content and MDA of the susceptible cultivar increased more than the resistant one. The proline content in the resistant cuhivar increased more than the latter after infection. In normal condition, the POD activity and SOD activity in the resistant cuhivar were higher than those in the susceptible one. After infection, the resistant cultivar increased more than the latter.

    The cluster analysis and principal component analysis were conducted on 9 agronomic traits index of 52 millet cuhivars.The result indicated that the coffident variation of 9 agronomic traits ranged from 16.18% to 60.30%.The eofffident variation of the numer of leaves is lowest with t6.18%, that of kernels per spike is highest with 60.30%,there was variation potential on filed. Based on cluster analysis of anronomic traits, 52 millet cultivars were divided into 5 groups.One of groups only including A2-7005, its agronomic traits index were higher than the other clusters except thousand kernels weight.The result of principal analyze showed that,The cumulative contribution of the first six principal factors was 88.91%,which can be indicated the information of all properties.

    In the study, the allelopathy of the secondary separation fraction of the aqueous extract of the root and the rhizosperic soil of parsley on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris was studied by column chromatography and growth rate method. The results showed after the best one of the first separation fraction of the aqueous extract of the root of parsley was secondary separated and then the get fraction was respectively allelopathy test, the 9 promoted the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris; and the 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10 inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris, and 1,5 showed the strongest inhibitory effect among them for the inhibitory rates of them were 37.83% and 28.64% and which were highly significant different with ck. After the aqueous extract of the rhizosperic soil of parsley in the same treatment with the aqueous extract of the root of parsley, all of the fraction inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumeris, and 1,5 showed the strongest inhibitory effect among them for the inhibitory rates of them were 30.83% and 38.04% and which were highly significant different with ck. The inhibition or promotion dropped down with time prolonged.

    In order to improve the vegetable production of solar greenhouse, and select the ones which suitable to the cold regions like Chifeng. This article chosed five different multi-function and advanced-tech plastic films and a common one in the market as CK, testified the difference among them in the practice application. Tests found, two of them obvious advantage over the CK in functionality and output, and worthy to apply. And PO film excelled in weathering resistance, could be prolong the usage time to improve efficiency.

    Vietnam is adjacent to China, China is a large agricultural nation, at the same time, Vietnam is also depend on agricultural. Based on previous research, this research using the index of Trade complementarities , the index of relative degree of dependence upon foreign trade, the index of degree of trade combination is analyzed in the trade of agricultural products has carried on the empirical analysis. Study found that the two sides in trade complementarities, relative dependence on foreign trade and the trade combination has good performance, but the performance in trade complementarities and Relative degree of dependence upon foreign trade in Vietnam to China is better than China to Vietnam, while in trade combination presents the opposite situation.

    To study the impact of different levels of urea or diammoninm phosphate on watermelons yield and its fertilizer utilization rate. The results showed it improved the yield of watermelons by different levels of urea. Combined application of urea and diammonium phosphate fertilizer also improved the yield of watermelons. Within the range of 150-300kg urea per hectare, application 300kg/hm2 urea significantly improved yield. When 150kg/hm2 urea applied, there was the highest yield of watermelons with 450kg/hm2 diammonium phosphate applied;the benefit equation of using mixed Carbamide and Diammonium phosphate as fertilizer in high and middle yield field was Y=46405+53.918x-0.0667x2 and Y=30618+21.943x+0.0118x2. The nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate was 18.4% and 28.6% by Single application of urea 150kg/hm2 and 300kg/hm2, respectively. The diammonium phosphate fertilizer utilization rate was 19.6%-29.0% in the range of 150-450kg per hectare. High yield field fertilizer utilization rate was 10.2% in the range of 600kg per hectare.

    In order to find out the cabbage optimum quantity of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer and cabbage on NPK absorption using two factors in a randomized complete block design,and regression analysis methods was used to find the relationship among the amount of organic fertilizer (M),the amount of nitrogen fertilizer (N) with cabbage yield (Y),the results show that: the significant differences between the various processing cabbage production,M1N2 deal with the highest yield, cabbage organic fertilizer overdose,excessive nitrogen fertilization will cause cabbage yield reduce,cabbage organic fertilizer amount (M),regression equation among the amount of nitrogen fertilizer (N) and cabbage yield (Y) is Y=90317.93377+ 1.3177976190M +320.2916162N-0.000012412500000M2-0.5345037856NE-0.0012553968254M.N,according to the regression equation , when M = 40326.85,N = 252.26,cabbage yield made maximum 157287.26kg/hm2,the result conformity to realistic.The total nitrogen, total phosphorus,total potassium in plants was not significant between all treatment,cabbage NPK absorption depends on the variety.

    Millet is an important grain crop in Chifeng, but it often suffers from damages of stem borers. Since the borers are very covert, they are difficult to control and usually result in great loss. We have been carrying out a systematic investigation and study, finding out that Chilo infuscatellus Snellen, Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenee),Chaetocnema ingenua(Baly), Atherigona biseta Karl and Oulema tristis (Herbst) are the main types in the area.     2012 Helingeer county corn, potato, soybean sowing in April 30th, June 1st, May 20th and mature in September 27th, September 19th, September 13th. During the whole growth period was 151 days, 111 days and 117 days. During the whole growing period of accumulated temperature were 2896.9℃, 2221.5℃ and 2344.5 ℃respectively, rainfall is 365.7 mm, 387.3 mm and 394.1 mm, the timely irrigation 1; snnshine hours are 1277.7 hours and 1015.7 hours, 918.5h.Temperature, moisture, sunlight conditions meet the basic corn, potato, soybean grow normally required, and over the years compared to the average yield for the harvest year.

    The climatic characteristic from April to September in 2012: temperature and precipitation were increased, and sunshine hours were decreased compared with those in normal. Soil moisture and soaking rain in spring can give a good advantage of seeding and rooting of field crop. The precipitation was higher in early summer, hail and gale were happened in part, and drought was happened in short time. First frost was ealier than normal, frost damage in part of district was disappear. In summery, the crop yield could be increased insignificantly in the climatic conditions of 2012.

    Use of the atmospheric temperature data in Chifeng city from 1951 to 2010, based on the method of linear regression equations and 5 years moving average for temperature departure,the characteristics of temperature change was analysed. Results showed that, the trend of annual mean temperature change was wave rise,and temperature increased significantly since the mid 80s; Winter and spring warming most obvious in different season, and the northland warming most obvious in Different areas nearly 60 years;The facts of climate warming nearly 60 years mainly displayed that Winter temperature rise significantly and the cold days reduced since the mid 80s,Summer temperature rise significantly and the heat days increased since the mid 90s.
