Abstract: This paper presents the development status of farmers and herdsmen in Bayannaoer City professional cooperatives, analyzes the grim situation facing, puts forward some countermeasures on how to promote the sustained, healthy development of farmers and herdsmen in Bayannaoer City professional cooperatives.
