Abstract: Alxa is an important base of China which produces distinctive agriculture and livestock products. This paper introduces the major agriculture and livestock products of Alxa and analyses the existing quality and safety problems. Moreover, some corresponding developing strategies, policy suggestions and technical measures are proposed.
