Abstract: The mainly meteorological disasters in Ulanqub are drought, frost, hailstone, flood, Strong wind,dust and so on, which are various, wide, long duration, frequent, regional and seasonal, moreover, many disasters often occur at the same time. The meteorological disasters restrict the development of local agriculture seriously, cause different degree of economic loss and casualties every year.
