Abstract: By analyzing the development status of Nincheng County agriculture and animal husbandry, the constrains and factors affecting the development of agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Ningchneg county were found. And the infrastructure, agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology support, land transfer, project construction management and other aspects were analyzed, and the countermeasures to develop modern agriculture and animal husbandry in Ningcheng county were put forward.
