Abstract: The germplasm rescourees at home and abroad were introduced. Population improvement was taken to screen disease-resistance, cold-resistance and resilience inbred line. And the production and agronomic trait under directional pressure condition were identified. A new early ripening maize line Jin Dan 85 which was suitable for spring breeding was finally selected.
