Abstract: Strengthening the cultivation of undergraduates＇ innovative ability was the core mission of universities. The developing situation of innovative talents＇ cultivation in agriculture and forestry in Tianjin Agricultural University was analyzed in the paper, combining with the questionnaires surveying results of 352 undergraduates. The countermeasure, to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents in agriculture and forestry was targeted to put forward.
