    The purpose of these experiments was study on Relationship of 8 Agronomic Characters between 15 Spring Rape varieties and their corresponding influence on the yield and providing a theoretical basis for spring rapeseed breeding. The analysis based on coefficient of variation showed that great genetic variation and wide variation range existed among main agronomic characters. The coefficient of variation of total branch number per plant, effective pod number per plant and weight per plant beyond 50%, however, the CV of 1000-grain weight was 8.472%.The correlation analysis showed that 10 pairs of characters had reached significant level and 2 pairs of characters had reached significant negative correlation in 15 Spring Rapeseed varieties. The principal component analysis selected 4 main contents that contributed 85% genetic information. The results showed that effective pod number per plant, weight per plant, lO00-seeds weight was the higher the better; the first effective branch site length of main inflorescence, the first effective branch number was moderate. The clustering analysis showed that 15 spring rapeseed varieties could be classified into three types in the level of 4 and analyzed their variation of main Agronomic characters. At the level of 2 the second type could be classified into four types.

    With castor as the research object, determination of the ricin content in different petioleof castor was made by using the BCA kit,UVwin5 ultraviolet and analysis software of BandScan protein quantitative after optimization the process of protein extracted from the petiole. The foundation for the distribution in different position of castor plant was set up. Overall, the results showed that the content of ricin in castor petioleof was proportional to the leaf position.

    The aim was to investigate the best irrigation time, irrigation frequency and irrigation quota of the maize grew with the drip irrigation under the mulching film in Hinggan League. In this paper, the Zhengdan 958 as the experimentalize object. The results indicated that the best irrigation frequency was 5 times, the best irrigation quota was 1350m3/hm2 and the maximum yield was 15.06t/hm2.

    The growth period, height, the numbers of roots at tiller node and sowing depth of Lolium perenne, Festuca arundinaeea, Festuca rubra and Poa pratensis were observed among their mixture turfgrass. The gramineae turfgrass seedling time was from emergence to four leaves stage then to the tiller, During growth period, there was obvious increase of the numbers of roots at tiller node, but the numbers of roots at embryo was invariant; It showed the nutrition absorption depended on the roots at tiller node. Seeds sowing in the same time, while sowing depth was not remarkable difference among the different growth period of turfgrasses; Seeds sowing in the same time, growth speed of Lolium perenne and Festuca rubra were the fastest, then Festuca arundinacea was medium, Poa pratensis was slow.

    In this study, the fruiting body of Rhizopogon luteolus that is ecto-mycorrhizal fungi of Pinus tabulaeformis was considered as a separation material and the pure cultures of Rhizopogon luteolus were obtained by tissue culture. Strain inoculated in different culture medium with a reference standard of mycelium growth rate and growth situation. The basic culture medium PACH was selected as a suitable growth of mycelium. Based on this, the cultural characteristics like pH, carbon source, nitrogen source were studied by single factor tests. The research results showed that the pH6.0, glucose, Ammonium tartrate were the best pH value, carbon and nitrogen source respectively. And the growth of mycelium was the fastest in (pHS.0+beef extract+ sucrose) combination, the growth situation of mycelium was the best in (pH6.0+beef extract+ glucose) combination. By the three optimum level of pH, carbon and nitrogen sources orthogonal tests.

    There was the problem that seedlings of Poa Pratensis were difficult to turn green at the second year in Hohhot. The seedlings at different growth stages was investigated in May, 2012. The results showed that early sowing, make loose soil at 5- 10cm soil before sowing and increased pressing strength after sowing were beneficial to seedlings of Poa Pratensis tumed green. The seedlings would be safe in winter until the 4tiller of Poa Pratensis developed in Hohhot.

    Field experiments indicated that tomato production was increased by 26.42% in greenhouse while 12.13% in plastic shed, and virus disease of tomato in Molifeng treatment area and navel rot disease reduced significantly and partial productivity of nutrient improved. Based on rational application of fertilizer in tomato, watering a Muolifeng or Jiete fertilizer of 8 -10kg/ 667m2 every 10-15d from 2 ears of fruit set improved the profits of about 20%.

    Wheat is one of the main crops in Chenbaerhu Banner, eleven field experiments of fertilizer has been completed for wheat during 2009-2011.The study was conducted to establish the index system of optimal fertilizer recommendation and parameters of the field experiment were analyzed to give a better construction for agricultural production. The main results showed that the recommended fertilization range of nitrogen was 2.18-4.82kg/667m2, recommended fertilization range of phosphorus was 3.09-5.60kg/667m2, and recommended fertilization range of potassium was 2.95-4.26kg/667m2.

    The samples in soil testing and fertilizer recommendation projects from 2009 to 2011 in Xin Barag Left Banner were analyzed.The results showed that the soils of Xin Barag Left Banner were slight acidity. The content of organic matter, total nitrogen and rapid available potassium were in medium level. The content of available nitrogen and phosphorous were deficiency. Organic manure, returning straw into the field and popularization formula fertilization technology should be applied in agriculture.

    The national project of formula fertilization by soil testing was implemented of Ewenki Autonomy Banner in 2009- 2011.1676 soil samples of 6 soil types were taken from 4 towns and their available sulfur contents were analyzed. The results showed that the average available sulfur contents were 13.1mg/kg, belonged to the medium level. The lacking of soil available sulthr contents were mostly distributed in Xinihe town and Hui town. Available sulfur content of boggy soil was the highest, lowest of aeolian sandy soil. Based on the application of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer, sulfur fertilizer should be applied in purpose.

    Using of conventional meteorological data and infrared cloud image data, the causes of rainstorm weather process was analyzed in Hulunbuir on July 14-16, 2013. The results showed that: the circulation situation of the precipitation was the situation of rainstorm of the interaction with typical subtropical high and westerly trough, system of exuberant vertical development and steep slope, made the lower layer system to be always in the ascending motion area; The rainstorm resulting triggering mechanism was surface cyclone convergence and the line lifting; The low-level jet created favorable conditions for the development of convection, and low-level jet provides everfount vapor transport for the rainstorm; The corresponds conrresponded very well between convective cloud strong developed of south for thousands of kilometers banded cloud and drop zone of heavy rain.

    In the paper, the strong convective weather happened in the mid and north part of Hohhot on August 4th, 2013 (one typical day of the flood season) was analyzed by live observation data collected by the conventional meteorology ways. The target of analysis the live data collected before the extreme weather happened was forecast the convective weather that may happen from noon to the evening. By analysis the thermal power between the high and low layer and stream distribution using the 08:00 data from air, T-logP and V-30,the results showed that the possibility of strong convective weather happened was extremely high. The successful forecast gave us a great guidance for next strong convective weather.
