Abstract: As an advanced technology, the technology of plug seedling which met the need of the industrial seedling had a plentiful development in our country. This article the disinfection measures on protective device, plug tray, seedling substrate and seed, the disease and pest control method on seedling were introduced,which provided technical support on breeding for high quality and strong seedling in the industrialized nursery process.
