Abstract: 16 weather stations in the winter 1960-2012 daily temperature data of Hulunbuir were used and the temporal and spatial distribution of the winter air temperature and the evolution were analyzed. The results showed that cold winter had higher frequency In the 20th century 60-70＇s, Cold winters and mild winter at the same frequency in the 80＇s, 90＇s mainly in warm winter with cold winters very rare, 2000-2009 appeared to warm winter, but recently3 years in cold winter.
