Abstract: Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration, building mechanism of value chain of livestock industry was analyzed from the aspects such as formation of industry value chain, enhancing of value chain, externality and regional brand. The formation of the livestock industry agglomeration and the construction of a value chain need government support on the system arrangement and the public goods supply.
