    Based on the 1998-2011 time series data of the urbanization level and the income of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia, Using gray correlation analysis method, the impact of the level of urbanization on income of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia was analyzed in the article, The results showed that significant correlation between urbanization level and the income of farmers and herdsmen, Correlation degree weakened orderly of the urbanization level with farmers and herdsmen household business income, wages income, property income and transfer income, On the basis of the study, the countermeasure and advices on improve urbanization and increasing in farmers and herdsmen income were put out.

    The dominant factors of soybean import and contribution rate of each influence factor for the rising import were analyzed by using Constant Market Share Model in the article. At the present stage, the domestic and overseas researcher mainly concentrated on qualitative analysis influence factor on China Soybean Import. Each of factors" contribution rate for soybean import growth was analyzed based on research results in domestic and overseas analyzes by quantitative analysis of Constant Market Share Model, so as to take actions according the key factors to reduce the trade deficit of Soybean Import.

    Family farming in agricultural production has the disadvantage of extensive management, low production, low income, and also the risks. Intensification of agricultural production can not only improve land utilization, conserve resources, improve agricultural production, but also improve living standards of local farmers strongly.The surveys demonstrated that the production of potato in Chahar Right Middle Banner by investigating potato farmers household income, family members age structure, planting technique and irrigation methods. The results showed that implementation of farming land circulation, integration of land resources and intensive agricultural production, could effectively use of farmland resources,improve the productivity of farmland, increase employment and income of the farmers,and reduce the risk of the farmers.

    Basing on a case study on White Village of Tongliao in the Inner Mongolia, the difficulty of the water-saving irrigation technology promotion in the Horqin Mongolian's rural society was descripted and analyzed. The research found that in the process of nomadic to agricultural conversion in the Horqin Mongolian rural society, due to the different natural and social resources and the socio-cultural traditions, and form a unique mode of livelihood and irrigation technology needs. In the process of the technology promotion, the sense of relative deprivation and increasing insecurity of farmers resulted it the difficulty of the water-saving irrigation technology promotion. Therefore, in Inner Mongolian area, where has not a long irrigation history, it was necessary to find the best combination between the modem agricultural technology and the indigenous knowledge systems.

    Through the indoor hydroponics and outdoor pot experiment, the effects of different concentrations of mixed salts (containing 93% Na2,SO4, 5% of NaCI, 2% of NaHCO3) and different fertilizer levels coupled were explored, which have big influences for seed germination and seedling growth. The results show that: with the increasing concentration of salt, the corn's germination rate decreased, the salt injury index increased. In the same salinity level, with increasing amounts of fertilizer, salt injury index showed a trend of increased first and then decreased, when the NP total concentration was 0.036%, the salt injury index minimum. The corn seed's shoot length, root length, and number of roots decreased when the salt concentrations increased. The salt damage for roots was greater than buds. With the increased amount of fertilizer, the shoot length, root length, and root number decreased compared to the control, and the magnitudes of decrease for root was greater than bud. With the increased salinity, the plant height of corn seedlings decreased. In the 27 days of corn growth, the height was decreasing with an increasing fertilizer. When the corn growth was between 36d and 45d, the salinity was less than 0.4%. Using Nitrogen 60.75kg/ hm2, and Phosphate 186.75kg/hm2, promoted the corn growth effectively. When the salinity was more than 0.6%, using Nitrogen 60.75kg/hm2, and Phosphate 186.75kg/hm2 began to significantly inhibit the growth of corn.

    Neinong No.1 as the material,planted in Salaqi and Severe saline-alkali land of Hailiutu using field cuhivation, Sudan grass agronomic characters under different soil conditions and planting density were researched.The results indicated that Neinong No.1 had significant difference in plant height,leaf area under different density on July 27 in Salaqi and the same results occurred in Hailiutu(P〈0.05) on the same day.Plant height, leaf area,stem diameter,fresh weight per plant,sugar degree of hammer all had significant difference under different density on September 16 in Salaqi and Hailiutu. Comprehensive analysis of Sudan grass farming,as the density in 8-12 cm planting distance grass yield was highest,Salaqi had superior in agronomic characters than Hailiutu under same density in same day.

    To provide the basis for the arid area for planting flue-cured tobacco supporting better,7 treatments of set of plastic film mulching (ck),straw mulching,plastic film mulching,traw mulching +water+water-retaining agent, straw mulching,straw mulching after film, bare-root + water-retaining were set up by using randomized block design under field conditions,effect of the mulching on Ninger flue-cured tobacco growth, yield and quality were studied, the results showed that:plastic film mulching+water-retaining agent, plastic film mulching, straw mulching, straw mulching and water retention agent,before the film covered with straw,improved the growth of tobacco plant environmental conditions, the effect of moisture,fertilizer and temperature increased significantly,effective reducing the tobacco growth period of drought stress, promote the tobacco long fast; straw mulching and single application of water-retaining agent,with drought time prolonged drought resistance forces weakened, straw mulching effectively reduced tobacco bottom drying phenomenon,with straw mulching and straw mulching + water- retaining agent had good comprehensive performance.

    The regeneration system of potato variety Longshu No.5 was studied with stems as explants. The results showed that the optimal medium for callus induction from stem was MS+2,4-D1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L respectively, the callus induction rates reached to 67.5% .The optimal medium for adventitious bud differentiation from stem segment-derived calluses was MS + NAA0.5mg/L+KT2.0mg/L+GA30.Smg/L respectively, The adventitious bud differentiation rate reached to 66% .The optimal medium for rooting induction from tube plantlets was MS+IBA0.5mg/L, and the rooting rate was 100%.

    Hybridization compatibility of Japanese tree peony "Fangji" was explored using the method of cross pollination. Using the Fangji as parents, 24 combinations were respectively hybridized with central plains peony, northwest peony, peony, with the number of monothalamic seeds as hybridization evaluation. The results showed that the difference rate of producing seeds between the combinations when Fangji as the female parent. Among combination of "Fangji ×Heihuakui"and"Fangji×Moloushuanghui"and"Fangji ×Yeguangbei" were incompatibility, the combination of "Fangji ×Zilouxiangjin" was high affinity. When Fangji as a male, it expressed affinity with all combination except the peony, which was show that the far edge of this group between the peonies peony group because of the low rate of producing seed.

    Applying the straw reactor in greenhouse can improve the growth environment of crops and the soil temperature, fertilize soil, reduce obstacles of continuous cropping, enhance disease resistance of plants. It can thoroughly avoid quality and safety problem of agricultural products resulting from application of quantities of chemical fertilizer and pesticide. It is an effective measure that can promote the integrated utilization of straw and manure livestock and poutry, increase yield and improve quality. The experiment results showed that the concentration of CO2 increased obviously when about 4000kg straw applied in each greenhouse, even in the coldest December and January the soil temperature rised 0.5-1.0℃, soil temperature difference smaller, and reduce more than half of the use of organic fertilizers, chemical fertilizers and pesticide.

    Coated slow-release nitrogen fertilizer application was one of the effective ways to increase nitrogen fertilizer utilization and decrease environment pollution. Lignite was a kind of material with water-solution humic-acid and had no pollution to the environment. Coated urea fertilizer here was made with active-Lignite coated and urea enfolded, and pot experiment applied with coated urea and common urea on wheat used to test this kind fertilizer in Inner Mongolia Agriculture University. The results showed that compared with common urea treatment, plant N accumulation and grain yield were higher than under coated urea treatment. The particle per panicle, yield per plant increased 8.2% and 13.3%, and maturity plant N accumulation increased 15.8% respectively with coated urea than common urea. Above all, activated lignite coated urea had an active effect on wheat growth and N use efficiency.

    This paper was deal with the study of the optimal sowing date,yield and economic benefit of winter rapeseed in cold dry region of Inner Mongolia. The result suggested that the suitable sowing date was 15 to 20d in august. Yield of Winter rapeseed No.6 and Winter rapeseed No.7 was about 200kg/667m2,the economic benefit was 800RMB per 667m2. Rotation of Wheat-Winter rapeseed-Sunflower was adopted. It was important for the cultivation of winter rapeseed,sustainable growth of argriculture and ecological system maintaining in dry cold regions of Inner Mongolia.

    The Oats "3414" fertilization effect experiment were conducted by optimum regression design to calculate optimal applying amounts of N,P,K fertilizers. The results showed that recommended dosage fertilizer of N,P205,and K20 were at 5.19kg/hm2,2.Skg/hm2 and 0.69kg/hm2, respectively, with the best economic output at 221.46kg/hm2 in Ulanqab.

    In order to investigate the effect of GA on emasculation and Chlorophyll of sunflowers ,five different concentrations of GA3 and two sunflowers were used as materials, which were fertile inbred lines 9D002 and sterile lines 121010. The results showed that all five different concentrations of GA3 reduced the pollen viability, with utilized of 0.015 mg/g, 0.025 mg/g, 0.035 mg/g, 0.045 mg/g, 0.055 mg/g GA3. Pollen viability depressed less than 50% under the treatments of 0.035mg/g and 0.045 mg/g. More over, Chlorophyll content of plants was become lower than the control trial after GA3 treatment, and with the most significant decline under 0.035mg/g treatment. However, the outcrossing rate of inbred lines 9D002 was lower than sterile lines 121010. Furthermore, the outcrossing rate of sterile lines 121010 was 24.499 %, which was the lowest with utilized of 0.035mg/g GA3. In summary, it was the initial view that 0.035 mg/g GA3 might have a better effect on Emasculation of sunflowers.
