Abstract: With different substratum and different concentration of Abt solution on Salix psammophila cutting experiments, it showed that： river sand is the best substrate on cutting propagation of Salix psammophila,the garden soil was worse substrate,the mixed（turf∶garden soil=1∶1） was the worst substrate. Different growth regulator on Salix psammophila has no effects.
