Abstract: Study on the influence of seed germination and seedling growth of Pumpkin under the treatments with Naphthylacetate of different concentration,so as to provide references for improving the germination rate, germinating performance, how to save seed cost and shortening the cycle of breeding seedlings.The results showed that NAA of 10 -8mg/L could increase the germination rate,root length,lateral root number,chlorophyll content and root activity.
