Abstract: At present,genetic engineering technology has been applied and developed in many kinds of crops,with the increasing of genetically modified crops,the safety of genetically modified products has attracted more and more worldwide attention,so it is necessary to establish a rapid and effective transgenic detection technology.The transgenic detection technologies such as ELISA,Western blot,PCR,gene chip technology,the loop-mediated isothermal amplification, and some new detection technology were focused on in this paper.
