Abstract: Agricultural technology extension is an im portant bond to play a major sector in linking policy with the people.According to the experience in developing basic agricultural technology extension for three years from Hedong, the main points and notes about select technicians, train model household, build demonstration base, improve network were elaborated in this article to offer some references in better to develop this work.
