  • The relationship between the drought tolerance and the leaf photosynthetic parameters of backcross import department BC1F2 at silking stage in corn

    Under the treatments of the normal irrigation and drought stress at silking stage,39 kinds of BC1F2 backcross groups and their parents of corn were used as the experimental material.The relationship of photosynthetic parameters and the drought tolerance between the inbred lines and BC1F1 groups at silking stage and their drought resistance were explored.The result showed that the coefficient of net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration(Tr) and corn yield drought-resistant coefficient were positively correlated and corn yield,drought-resistant coefficient,the coefficient of net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration(Tr) had the major variance contribution ratio and total contribution ratio, and they could be used to evaluate the drought resistance of corn.It was concluded that one was drought-resistant,4 were the better and 34 was not drought-resistant in 39 kinds of maize inbred lines;In BC1F2 groups,12 drought-resistant kinds were founded,1 was relatively droughtresistant and 26 were not drought-resistant.By built the BC1F2 groups,13 kinds of BC1F2 groups with significantly higher drought resistance were achieved.

    Discuss the low-temperature degradation of corn straws compound strains growth characteristics and degradation in liquid fermentation conditions called GF-S72.The results showed: under 10℃ condition,GF-72 could improve the effects on the degradation of corn straws.The growth curve of compound strains directly into the logarithmic phase after inoculation, the11 d largest growth, the OD value of 0.246;p H value decreased rapidly in the early stage of incubation, and then stabilized at around 7.2;degradation rate of 34.70% after 15 d,significantly higher than CK;cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin remaining amount was 1.12 g,0.72 g,0.27 g,was significantly higher than CK.Therefor therefore GF-S72 complex strains has a research and development potential is very complex strains.So compound strain named GF-S72 was a strain with had the potential of research and development.The result showed that the test parameters and basis were provided to further develop straw counters-field compound bacterium agent for the bacteria.

    Based on the different ratio of postharvest mushroom waste, vermiculite, cow dung and physicochemical properties and its influence on vegetable seedlings determination and analysis, in order to provide theoretical basis for "breeding rules" theory. The results showed that the mushroom wastes: vermiculite: cattle manure ratio of 2 ∶1∶2, 2∶2∶2, 2∶2∶1, 3∶2∶2, 2∶1∶1 had suitable physicochemical properties for vegetable seedlings growing. Mushroom wastes, vermiculite and cow dung ratio of 2 ∶2∶2 was the best substrate ratio of tomato, eggplant. Mushroom wastes, vermiculite and cow dung ratio of 2 ∶2 ∶2,3 ∶2 ∶2,2 ∶1 ∶1and2∶1∶2 was the best substrate ratio of green pepper.

    The mass spectrometry param eters for determine diethylstilbestrol, malachite green, leumalachite green was optimized and a high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of three compounds. The results showed that such a method had the advantages of time-saving, with high sensitivity and accuracy, and it was suitable for quantitative analysis of diethylstilbestrol, malachite green, leumalachite green at same time,especially suitable for large quantities of samples.

    In wheat jointing stage and booting stage spraying potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium sulfate, humic acid,growth-promoter, results were compared with the same amount of water spraying(CK). The results showed that the efficiency of potassium dihydrogen phosphate was higher than CK 330.0 kg/hm2 by 9.24%; the net benefits was723.00 yuan/hm2;inputoutput ratio was 5.4∶1.

    The current annual rainfall situat ion of china dry-land agricultural region is relatively low, and the water use efficiency is relatively poor. As a result, the broom corn millet is the major crop for dry-land agricultural region because of it has drought tolerance and barren resistance characters. In order to against this situation, the experiment is aimed to research the effects that the growth, development and output of broom corn millet have been affected by the different irrigation stages and irrigation water use. The experiment was using the variety of Neimi5 to make the different irrigation water use test. Then sampling and measuring the physiological measure, morphological index and output during the major growth period(tillering stage and booting stage). The results have been shown as:The NO.12 treatment has the highest data than other treatments,especially on average height, leaf area and dry matter accumulation aspects. In addition, the average height, leaf area and dry matter accumulation of NO.12 treatment were higher 6.0%, 11.1% and 14.3% than NO.9 treatment on tillering stage, and11.1%, 5.6% and 10.1% on booting stage. chlorophyll content of broom corn millet has significant difference during the tillering stage. The NO.12, NO.6, NO.2 and NO.9(CK) have the most significant difference with each other as well as NO.12 has the highest chlorophyll B and chlorophyll numbers. The malondialdehyde(MDA) content of NO.12 treatment has the most significant difference which the content is quite lower than CK treatment. The outputs has difference between different treatments. NO.12 treatment has the highest outputs which are 6 387.0kg/hm2, it was increasing 7.6% than CK. To conclusion,the irrigation experiment of NO.12 treatment could increase the outputs and drought tolerance of broom corn millet.

    Based on the field experiment, the effect of the one-time use of sustained release compound fertilizer on product and the nitrogen accumulation and transport of spring maize were analysed.The results showed that, compared to conventional fertilization(CK)and one-time use of sustained release compound fertilizer, the product was no significant difference. Dry matters accumulations of flowing period、Nutritive organ DMA transport、Contribution rate to grain was significant difference, Dry matters accumulations of grain was no significant difference.Improving nutrient accumulations at flowering period;NUE、NPFP、NIE have no significant difference, NRE of one-time use of sustained release compound fertilizer significantly higher than CK.,but PPFP、KPFP significantly were lower than CK, between the three dry matters accumulations、nitrogen accumulation and yield do regression equation,there was close correlation.

    This paper introduced the field experimental results of "3414" fertilizer response to corn in 2013 at chifeng city.The theoretical optimal fertilization amount of N,P and K were N 18.59 kg/667m2、P2O512.23 kg/667m2﹑K2O 6.72 kg/667m2.The optimal yield was 954.66 kg/m2 under the ratio of pure N ∶P2O5∶K2O(1.00 ∶0.66 ∶0.36).The recommendation fertilization amounts were urea(N,460 g/kg) 40.41 kg/667m2,calcium superphosphate(P2O5,120 g/kg) 101.92 kg/m2 and potassium sulfate(K2O, 500 g/kg) 13.44 kg/667m2.

    Through national capital subsidy program of soil testing and formula fertilization, the farmland soil nutrient survey was done in Horqin Youyi Zhongqi during 2007 and 2012. Through the villages and township soil sample was taken and tested the various nutrients, it had been clear about the existing farmland nutrient status especially farmland soil organic matter and macroelements,which was the basis for scientific fertilization. Through the existing nutrient content compared with the second soil census, the effects of fertilization measures on farmland soil nutrient was definite and scientific fertilization measures should be applied.8 444 sample testing results showed that the average farmland soil organic matter content was28.6 g/kg and the range was 2.6~109.1 g/kg and organic matter content from northwest to southeast decreased. The average,minimum and maximum content of organic matter, alkali-hydro nitrogen, total nitrogen, effective phosphorus and available potassium had certain differences in each township and the average content of total nitrogen, effective phosphorus and available potassium were low in some towns, while macroelement nutrient content was relatively high on Tuliemaodu farm.Through nearly 30 years of farming, organic matter, total nitrogen, available potassium had a lower trend,however the effective phosphorus increased.

    In efficient crop planting area, due to large amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, it lead to soil nutrient imbalance, soil harden, acidification, the disease aggravating, resulted in decline at quality and yield of agricultural products. Under different soil conditions, we tested effect of fertilizer synergist "heyuanjia" mineral elements in large area, the results showed that the "heyuanjia" mineral fertilizer not only was used in the field crops, but also was used in all kinds of vegetables. Not only did yield increase, but also it improved the utilization rate of fertilizer, increased the crop resistance,prevented premature aging, got more fruit, weighted gain fast, showed 5-7 d mature earlier than controls, with nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization effect was more apparent, yield increased at more than 20%. The corn used by Heyuanjia increased production by 25.9%-33.1%. The red pimentos increased production by 36.1% and pure benefit by1378 yuan, with considerable benefit.

    To obtain high density bacterial fertilizer, the liquid fermentation conditions of Bacillus atrophaeus were optimized by single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were temperature of 32℃, initial p H of7.0, medium volume of 50 m L/250 m L flask, inoculation amount of 2% and incubation time of 24 h. The results could provide basic data for production of Bacillus atrophaeus bacterial fertilizer for agricultural application.

The result showed that the disease incidence of nutrition bowl seedling and paper-tube seedling in greenhouse and field is lower than plug-seedling if not hurt the root when we transplant seedlings,with stronger seedlings and developed root of tomato in nutrition bowl and paper-tube.

    The characteristics of climatic variation and its impact on plant climate productivity were studied with the observed data of 6 meteorological stations from 1961 to 2014 in the steppe of Chifeng. The results showed that annual average temperature increased significantly in 56 years, and the annual precipitation was slightly decreased. The forage grass climate productivity in the steppe of 6 counties were slightly decreased, and the means of climate productivity was 6 992.88 kg/hm2·a, and the rate of decrease was 1.956 3 kg/ hm2·a. The regional distribution of forage grass climate productivity in north of the steppe was better than in south, the rate of change were from-13.38 to 2.63. For two meteorological factors, annual precipitation was very significantly positive correlated with climate productivity, and annual average temperature was significantly negative correlated with climate productivity, which implied the natural precipitation was important meteorological factor in determining climate productivity in steppe of Chifeng.

    By analyzing the monthly sunshine duration of Kulun in Tongliao Inner Mongolia during 1961 and 2014, we compared with their variation characteristic and analyzed the historical evolution of sunshine duration and the interannual and inter-season and inter-monthly variation characteristics using simply mean value, monadic linear regression and Mann-Kendall methods. The results showed that the sunshine duration showed a trend of decrease and the climate tendency rate was-46.525h/10 a. The performance of seasonal change of sunshine duration in winter presented the increasing trend slowly but the decreasing trend in spring, summer, autumn. The rainy season had a greater impact on sunshine duration.

    According to the climate data from 1961 to 2 013, using climate tendency rate and Mann-Kendall method, we analyzed the regional characteristic of climate in Taipusi banner. The results showed that the annual mean temperature had risen at the speed of 0.34 ℃ /10 a, the rising temperature in winter contributed to the climate warming and the annual precipitation decreased at the rate of 2.1 mm/10 a. During the summer and spring, the precipitation decrease was more noticeable in nearly 53 years. Besides the annual precipitation, other climatic element including annual mean temperature,annual maximum temperature, annual minimum temperature, the accumulated temperature(≥0℃) and the accumulated temperature(≥10℃) had abrupt a lot, but the abrupt time was different. The finding provided scientific basis for the local agriculture to adapt to the climate change.

    A new variety Hui feng-11 was bred by the cooperation of Inner Mongolia Academy of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Sciences Vegetable Institute with Bao Tou City Hao Hua Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. In the early spring, autumn delay crops and the open cultivation respectively during 2011 and 2012, the results showed that the average yield of the Huifeng-11 cow-horn pepper was 5 789.7 kg/667m2, increasing 33.5% than contrast varieties; For extensive production model from 2013 to 2014, the average yield was 5 500.8 kg /667m2, increasing 39.6% than contrast varieties.It has characteristics with precocity, high yield, disease resistance and good quality.The variety was suitable for cultivation on protected land and open field in Northward.

    Using the HCG, S-Gn RH-A and DOM mixed injection of oxytocin and artificial insemination technology, induced spawning oxytocin 400(male and female ratio is 3∶2), 584 thousand eggs, oxytocin rate of 86.25%, fertilization rate reached97.32%. Through the purchase, construction of parallel trough, greenhouse, special cultivating facilities for seedling cultivation, hatching rate of 91.13%, raising seedling survival rate reached 89.37%, Brachymystax lenok seedlings were developed to 392 000. The results showed that the incubation of seedling breeding in net confining and discharge model after wintering can effectively improve seedling survival rate, and conversion of proliferation effect was obvious, it is a an effective means for proliferating large predatory fish and low-value miscellaneous fish.
