Three industry integration, new measures for the sustainable development of rural economy

Abstract: With the industrializing of traditional agriculture developed rapidly, traditional agriculture changed its raw material production, and combined second and third industry to become a new rural economy formats. Japanese scholar Imamura Naranchen called three industries integrated as "the sixth industry", which is to encourage farmers to diversify their business into the food processing industry, sales and tourism, etc. Sixth industry = First industry×second industry×third industry, which was called "Product effect". In this research, we made investigation for two years, mainly focus on anti-integration of industry and commercial capital. At the same time, the integration of second and third industry with farmers and herdsmen cooperatives industry was also considered, and summarized the exists problems to provide constructive suggestions in the process of three industries integration.
