  • The study of maize water use efficiency and growth characteristics under drip irrigation

    The experiment taked the characters of corn dry mass calculation、LAI、WUE、siol moisture content and yield under three different irrigation amout of film drip irrigation as trial content,through the corn film drip irrigation under three different water W1(10 m^3/667m^2)、W2(20 m^3/667m^2)、the W3(30 m^3/667m^2) and a control group flooding CK(50 m^3/667m^2), and reveals the corn membrane under different drip irrigation water amount of corn, corn leaf area index, dry matter accumulation in water use efficiency, soil moisture content, photosynthetic efficiency and the influence of maize yield. The results showed that the corn membrane under drip irrigation can promote crop growth and development and appropriate amount of irrigation can improve water use efficiency and increase soil water content, dry matter accumulation and the promotion of corn plant photosynthesis, thus improve the corn yield. The highest yield of each processing was W3,W2 behind the W3 and the dry matter accumulation of W2 is not significantly different from W3,but W2 has the highest water use efficiency, and are the best treatment of the water, therefore, film with drip irrigation of corn growth and development of appropriate irrigation quantity is 20 m^3/667m^2 and the drip irrigation under membrane corn production and actual production had important practical significance.

    The experiment was done from 2011 to 2012 in Tong Liao Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The test maize varieties were Zhengdan958 and Tongke1 and subsoiling treatment was done at maize jointing stage. Three kinds of deep loosening depth were designed: not subsoiling(CK), subsoiling 30cm(SS30) and subsoiling 40cm(SS40). Subsoiling makes maize kernel weight, kernel number, seed ratio, ear length and ear diameter increased and makes bare top, pour the discount rate and grain moisture decreased, therefore maize production increased significantly. In 2011, the Zhengdan958 of SS30 and SS40 increased production than contrast and Tongke1 yield increasing rate were 8.11% and 6.92% and subsoiling 40cm(SS40) differences were highly significant(P0.01) and subsoiling 30cm(SS30) differences were significant level(P〈0.05). In2012, the Zhengdan958 of SS30 and SS40 yield increase rate were 14.58% and 12.87% than contrast and Tongke1 yield increase rate were 13.36%和 11.07% and the differences were highly significant(P〈0.01).

    In this article, the grey related degree analysis was employed to investigate the relationship among ear length, ear diameter, bald tip, kernel row of ear, kernel row number, kernels per ear, hundred-grain weight, rate of bearing kernel and gain weight per plant of variety in 21 maize hybrids. The conclusion was that relative importance order between the 9characters and grain yield was kernels per ear 〉rate of bearing kernel kernel〉 row of ear 〉kernel row number 〉ear diameter 〉ear length 〉hundred-grain weight 〉bald tip. It should be given priority to kernels per ear and rate of bearing kernel in a later stage of combination selection.

    The eight maize inbred lines have been tested with the design of p1×p2incomplete diallel crossing of NCII method to study on general combining ability(GCA),special combining ability(SCA) and hereditary parameter of nine character which were plant heigh, hight from ground to ear, ear length,ear thickness, ear rows, row grains, bald tip length, weigh of hundred grain and plot yield. The result showed those nine character were majorly controlled by the effects of additive gene with less action of non-additive gene effects.The lines of C1,C3 and C5with the higher common combining ability, its use value of the parent. The lines of W46 with higher common combining ability of ear character, which could be selected according to the breeding targeted. The lines of C2 and C7with less comprehensive character must be modified before used. The three combination of ZH3,ZH16 and ZH24 with heterosis and Yield potential is very strong, In the actual production we should strengthen to use it. In maize breeding program. The eight character such as plant heigh,ear heigh and plot yield per plant should be selected earlier and the character such as weigh of hundred grain per plant should be selected interim or later.
    Expanding propagation of virus-free potato plantlets using cutting in seedling trays

    Virus-free potato plantlets were expanding propagated using cutting in seedling trays. The results showed that the survival rate of the cutting seedlings reached 90% with big leaves and thick stems. The ability of forming tubers was not weaken using cutting propagation, but was better promoted with the use of pregnancy seedling raising method.

    In experimental farm of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, eleven years three asparagus species(Apollo and Grande and Atlas) as experimental material, the yields and agronomic characters of different asparagus species were studied in 2015. The results were as follow: In three experimental species, the yield of different grades asparagus of Grande was highest, average output rate per day;weight of per plant;stem number per plant; and branches per plant of Grande were also highest. In general, grande was much better than others.

    Leaf chlorophyll content of mistl etoe and five host tr ees were determined under spectrophotometric method and relationship among them were also discussed. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of mistletoe was less than that of the host; the chlorophyll content per unit area of mistletoe was far greater than that of the host. There was no obvious difference between leaves on normal branch and that of parasitic branch.

    To understand the Horqin Sandy common Mongolian medicinal plant resources and the colonization characteristics of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi, AMF), we investigated Mongolian medicinal plant resources and AMF colonization in several common medicinal plants in the hinterland of Horqin sandy in Aung Nai rural territory of Naiman Banner in June and September, 2005. In this study, we collected 28 Mongolian medicinal plants, belonging to14 families and 23 genera, from the Horqin Sandy land, which of the most were compositae species(32.1%). The medicinal parts had 8 types, including the whole plant, aerial parts, roots, stems, leaves, flowers, seeds and fruits, of which the largest was whole plant, involving 15 species(53.6%). Among Mongolian medicinal plants, there were 25 kinds of AM mycorrhizal plants(89.3%), the majority of surveyed medicinal mycorrhizal plants form a mycelium structure(78.6%), and the vesicular structures(28.6%) and arbuscular structures(10.7%) was little. The study of the Mongolian medicinal plant resources and their AMF colonization characteristic of Horqin sandy would conduct a rational use of Mongolian medicinal plant resources and the mycology basis in planting and the sustainable use of Mongolian medicine.

    Controlled release fertilizer had the advantages of reducing nitrogen nutrient volatilization and improving utilization rate of fertilizer.Controlled release fertilizer experiment results in Ningxia south mountainous showed that an average yield of corn was 11 096.1 kg/hm^2 with the application of controlled release fertilizer, which was 9.0% higher than that of the custom fertilizer application;the yield of basal application 90 kg/hm^2 controlled release fertilizer with 90 days was high and the benefit was good, which was 14.3% higher than yield of the custom fertilizer application and increased 2 145.66 yuan/hm2.

    In order to ex plore whether farmland nutrient utilization of "Shi Di Jia"-soil conditioner was improved, a field experiment was carried out in the application of "Shi Di Jia" on planting potato arable land. To clear out the effect of "Shi Di Jia"-soil conditioner on potato yield, the results showed that the use of "Shi Di Jia"-soil conditioner increased potato yield effect significantly.

    Results of potato(Solanum tuberosum L.) in semi-arid area at north of Yin mountain in Inner Mongolia indicated that N, P, K fertilizer application increased the yield of potato in semi-arid area, N P K. Furthermore, the Controlled Release Urea(CRU) which cooperates with the regular urea had the best performance which could increase the numbers of potato, weight of potato and commodity rate of potato. The study also has been determined that the nutrition use efficiency of N, P, K fertilizer were 33.0%, 16.5%, and 41.2%. The CRU which cooperates with the regular urea increased N use efficiency 4.4~4.8 percentage and P and K use efficiency.

    With nationwide popularization and promoti on of projects of farmland soil quality conservation and elevation as well as zero growth action in fertilizer use, understanding farmland soil fertility status has been an essential work. Haggin banner is a project area of farmland soil quatily conservation and elevation. 5248 farmland soil samples were obtained in this area from 2007 to 2009 and nutrents data have been analyzed. The results showed that farmland soil organic matter, total N and alkalystic N in this area were at a relatively low level. Available P was at a middle level. While Available K and slowrelease K were at a relatively high level. In this area, farmland soil was alkaline. Except soil available Si, all soil available micronutrient content including S, B, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn were higher than the critical value. Compared with the findings of second soil survey, farmland soil quality of Haggin banner has been improved.

    Effect of different potassium applied times on the agronomic characters and yield of potato was studied when the total potassium fertilization was 19 kg/667m^2. The results showed that with the increase of K application times, the tuber number per plant, the percentage of big tubers and the tuber yield presented the trend of increases. Comprehensive analyzing the cost and benefit, 5 times potassium application showed the optimum benefit.

    Through the experiment on the small rape of greenhouse, the effect of "Xindu" microbial compound fertilizer was studied. The results showed that after applying "Xindu" microbial compound fertilizer on small rape, not only on the plant height and plant exhibition showed obvious advantages, but also the yield had different degrees of increase. Compared with conventional fertilization,the yield of small rape increased 677 kg/667m2 and the increase rate was 16.5%.It has a certain economic benefits.

    The sunflowers trials were conducted the fertilization effect and the Controlled Release Urea(CRU) use efficiency.The results indicated that the N, P, K application increased yield of sunflowers and yield-increasing effect was N〉K〉P. The CRU application increased sunflowers yield 0.7% in Hetao irrigated area and 5.8% in Yan Mountain semi-arid area. In addition, CRU application increased the agronomic efficiency of applied N. The agronomic efficiency of applied N, P2O5, and K2 O for sunflower were 1.89kg/kg, 2.20 kg/kg and 4.00 kg/kg respectively. The CRU could instead of the basal application and dressing of regular urea application and increased fertilizer use efficiency. CRU also increased the spear thickness, diameters of flower disc, number of seed-setting per flower disc, fruiting percentage, TKW( Thousand Kernel Weight) and kernel of sunflowers.

    Based on the watermelon variety "Jinguan"as expe rimental material, nitrogen、phosphorus and potassium uptake accumulation law of selenium sand melon were studied under the condition of field cultivation. The results showed that watermelon plant dry matter accumulation, nitrogen、phosphorus and potassium absorption increased with increasing age. The ratio of nitrogen、phosphorus and potassium uptake per plant during whole growth period was 1.00 ∶0.08 ~0.12 ∶0.43 ~1.01;watermelon nutrient absorption ratio of nitrogen、phosphorus and potassium was 1.00 ∶0.14 ~0.22 ∶1.27 ~2.62 at harvest; the results all were shown potassium uptake most, nitrogen uptake next, phosphorus uptake least.

    The herbicide efficacy of SL-950 6%SC single agent and various mixtures were assayed on the corn field. The result showed that all 14 chemical had no phytotoxic effect on corn and high herbicide efficacy. SL-950 6%SC and SL-9504% SC single agent significantly increased the yield of corn 15.22% and 9.76%. Yield increase effects were also observed from the plant treated by SL-950 6% SC, SL-950 4% SC, and Nicosulfuron 4% SC which was mixed with 38% atrazine,respectively. Moreover, SL-950 6% SC mixed with72% 2, 4-D also showed yield increase effects in this study.

    Potato dry rot by Fusarium solani is one of the most common and severe disease in storage. Laboratory toxicity of seven fungicides to this pathogen was tested with method of contained fungicide in medium and field control efficacy were determined by soaking inoculated potato with seven fungicides. In results, flusilazole and difenoconazole had the best inhibition effect with EC50 of 3.47 μg/m L、3.8 μg/m L. The second were Hymexazol, carbendazim and chlorothalonil with EC50 of 40.74 μg/m L, 70.79 μg/m L and 79.43 μg/m L. Thiophanate-methyl and iprodione had the lowest inhibition effect at EC50 of 436.5 μg/m L and 186.21 μg/m L. The field control efficacy of seven fungicides hymexazol, carbendazim,difenoconazole, flusilazole, chlorothalonil, thiophanate-methyl, and iprodione were 70%, 62.50%, 53.30%, 48.30%, 47.50%,43.70%, 12.50% respectively.

    Snowmelt flood characteristics were analyzed by using Hulunbeier snowmelt flood disaster information.The results showed that Hulunbeier snowmelt floods most occurred in the west of Daxinanling and Yakeshi, Ergun City, Ewenke were snowmelt flood-prone areas.On this basis, from the aspects of climate background,the analysis and research results of the meteorological causes of snowmelt flood in the spring of 2013 were done: 2012-2013 winter snowfall was significantly above normal which provided the basis for the snowmelt floods occuring;the snow did not melt and the permafrost was deep because of low temperature of March-April;the rising temperature of early May rapidly was the main meteorological factor of the snowmelt floods occuring.

    By using th e observed data related to grass growth and meteorological conditions during ten continual growing seasons from 2005 to 2014 in Arhorchin Banner, the relationship between hay yield of natural and meteorological conditions were comprehensively studied and analyzed. The results showed that the annual precipitation significantly correlated with hay yield with the simple correlation coeffocients was 0.775,the direct path coefficients was 0.788 in Arhorchin Banner, whereas the annual average temperaturedid not significantly correlated with hay yield, which implied annual precipitation was the most important factor in determining hay yield. Therefore, the main meteorological factors to influence the forage growth and yield in this area were short of precipitation.

    By using the materials of NCEP/NCAR global reanalysis monthly mean grid data(2.5°×2.5°)at 500 h Pa level every June from 1980 to 2013, we calculated NECV index and researched the relationship between East Asia blocking high voltage and the northeast cold vortex by synthetic analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that when northeast cold was strong, there was significant negative height anomaly in the northeast, and the Okhotsk Sea region was positive height anomaly, there was a significant positive anomalies near the Ural Mountains. There was "+-+" type in Eurasian high latitudes zonal. This highly unusual situation provided large-scale circulation for the formation and maintenance of the northeast cold vortex. There was a good negative correlation between NECV and East Okhotsk blocking high that blocking high(hereinafter referred Okhotsk high).when there was low height in northeast field, Okhotsk had high-altitude(the stronger the cold vortex,the stronger the Okhotsk high). While the Northeast cold vortex and low air circulation also had some contact.

    According to the climatic data from 1951 to 2010 of ten stations in Chifeng, the method of CWR-PEP was used to calculate the developing potential of Chifeng cloud water resource. The results showed that the probability of cloud seeding condition(Pc)in Chifeng was 19%~34%.The maximum of the probability of artificial precipitation seeding(Pe)was 6.6%~17.8%. Artificial precipitation potentiality(PEP)was 22.85~92.44 ten million tons. The total cloud water resource in Chifeng was up to 92.44 million tons every year.

    In 2014, favorable weather conditions in the whole stages of wheat was embodied in the following aspects: less rainfall in the sowing to seedling stage, first to reduce occurrence of tidal flat, the second the surface was not easy to harden and favourable to have a full stand of wheat; Emergence precipitation to three leaves period, to satisfy the demand for water in wheat; High temperature in the seedling stage, which was beneficial to wheat full stand, young ear differentiation, low temperature, conducive to promoting the spike increase tillers; Floret differentiation, high temperature, good for wheat flower formation and pollination; Milk cooked- low temperature, the mature stage for wheat grouting fully; Sunny during whole growth period of wheat, which was beneficial to the improvement of yield and quality. The unfavorable weather conditions were embodied in the following aspects: flowering-less rainfall in milk stage, could not add wheat water requirement, but little impact; Flowering- mature, small diurnal range, is not conducive to accumulation of photosynthetic wheat grouting period. Overall, meteorological conditions in the whole stages of wheat its growth was very good in 2014, because the wheat dry-hot wind damage was small, and no major meteorological disasters, so the yield increased more over in 2013.

    This experiment used the soybean cuhivars in the northern cold areas of Heilongjiang to explore the suitable flat planting density and a new density test method-the radiating circular flat sowing planting method. The results showed that: the two reference cuhivars in routine tests showed that with increasing density yield showed a decreasing trend .When the density of Heihe 43 was 300 000 / ha, the yield was the highest and the yield was decreased with the increase of planting density. When the flat sowing density of Dengke 1 were 30 000 plants/ha and 36 000 plants / ha, the yield were the highest. When the density was 42 000 plants / ha, the yield was the lowest. Circular radiation planting method and conventional test results had little difference, however, environmental conditions had larger effects on circular radiation planting method, in the aspect of determining the flat sowing suitable planting density, circular radiation planting test did not have a unified calculation method and can no t accurately determine the density of variety and need to be further improved.

    Following with accelerated development of urbanization, the landscape influenced by traditional region culture has been faced with enormous impacts. Landscape fragmentation are the performance of the important spatial features and phenomenon and it results in emergence of isolation of the traditional cultural landscape spaces directly. The integrality of the traditional cultural landscape spaces has been influenced directly and it turns into the major impediments of integrality protections on traditional cultural landscape. According to the analysis of the regional characteristics and the questionnaires of local residents, the author of the paper taked Hebei Province as an example and also refered to the research theory of traditional regional culture landscape which put forwarded by Wang Yuncai. The internal relationship between traditional region culture and landscape has been analyzed.
