Abstract: Leaf chlorophyll content of mistl etoe and five host tr ees were determined under spectrophotometric method and relationship among them were also discussed. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of mistletoe was less than that of the host; the chlorophyll content per unit area of mistletoe was far greater than that of the host. There was no obvious difference between leaves on normal branch and that of parasitic branch.
