The Precipitation impact assessment of Chifeng on July 15

Abstract: In early July after the summer of 2013, there was a high temperature and less rain in Chifeng city, near 50% less than normal rainfall in a particular district.Most crops affected by drought in most areas. On July 15, Chifeng area ushered in a typical cyclones and cold weather process.Weather modification office seized the favorable opportunity, timely to carry out artificial rain enhancement. This article summarized the operation analysis from the aspects of weather conditions,enhancement conditions, radar echo evolution, rainfall distribution and precipitation enhancement effect etc to provide reference for the development of artificial precipitation enhancement in the future.
