Assessment was done on both water content and produce quality. The results showed that Matricaria chamomilla L., the best quality was obtained after stoving at 45℃ for 8.5 hrs, while with Mentha haplocalyx Briq, storing at 100 ℃ for 60mins, the layer thickness of 1.0 cm, had the best quality.
