Abstract: The Cambaridae phylogenetic relationship were further elucidated by molecular methods. According tomitochondria genome sequences of 12S rRNA and CO I gene from 18 species of Cambaridae, while Carcinus maenas wasset as outgroup, the phylogenetic trees were constructed by neighbor joining (NJ) and maximum likelihood (ML) methodsbased on MEGA 6.0. Interspecific genetic distances were calculated based on the Kimma-2 parameter model. The resultsindicated that the phylogeny of molecular classification the same as morphology classification.
