Abstract: In this paper, the Xiaoer gully region nearly 53a sunshine time of observation data, analysis of Xiaoer gully regionsunshine time interdecadal and interannual, each season, cloud cover change analysis, and USES the method of accumulativeanomaly, linear tendency estimate, and SNR mutation test were analyzed. Xiaoer gully region (1957-2010),annual sunshinehours, sunshine percentage and sunshine duration each season there are varying degrees of reducing trend of annual sunshineduration lapse rate of about 12.1 h / 10 a,and this degressive trend was on the rise. The most obvious sunshine duration mutationwas in winter. Sunshine duration climate change spatial analysis showed that Xiaoer gully region sunshine time decline on thewhole, and based on the analysis of mutation testing, 1981 and 1998 was the year of climate mutation of sunlight.
