Abstract: Tomato bacterial disease is a kind of vascular diseases caused by bacteria. The pathogenicity of 33 strains collected in different regions was determined by isolation and identification.Among these strains,12 strains belonged to strong pathogenicity, and 18 stains belonged to medium pathogenicity, and the rest 3 strains belonged to weak pathogenicity. Identifying difference in pathogenicity of bacterial pathogens from different origins is the important foundation to explore the polymorphism of the pathogen and to carry out other related research.
