  • Effects of fertilizer and density on barley of new variety Mengpimai 3

    To identify the yield,grain protein content and response on fertilizer and density of Mengpimai 3 in Hetao Irrigation District,Through orthogonal experiment designs, effects of different fertilizer and density were studied on barley. The results showed that Mengpimai 3 fertilizer and planting density was that the application of N was 10.24 kg/667m2,P 9.74 kg/667m2, K 8.4 kg/667m2,the amounts of basic seedling was 3.12×10 5plants/667 m2,and the yield was 626.10 kg/667m2 under this condition.Furthermore,the protein content and 1 000 grain weight were accord with National Standard GB/T7416-2008.

    To identify different soil moisture and fertilizer condition and water consumption characteristics of British red kidney beans, three kinds of water treatment and two fertilizer treatments were set up. The results showed that the key period of dry matter accumulation of British red kidney beans was flowering period to begin to mature period; flowering period to seed filling period water consumption showed a trend of rapid rise, and drum grain period reached the maximum water consumption; base fertilizer factors of plot yield was greater than the topdressing as the main factors; comparied with other irrigation treatments, flowering period and seed filling period for once irrigation had the highest yield.
    Influence of the dosage of nitrogen fertilizer on the content of nitrate and nitrite in greenhouse cucumber

    The nitrogen fertilizer experiment was carried out in Hohhot to study the influence of nitrogen fertilizer on cucumber yield and the content of nitrate and nitrite. The results showed that nitrogen application of 125 kg/667m2 was an optimum nitrogen for improving the cucumber yield. There was a positive correlation between the nitrogen fertilizer and nitrate or nitrite in cucumber when the dosage of urea were between 50 to 100 kg/667m2.The nitrate and nitrite were relatively lower when the dosage of urea were between 100 to 125 kg/667m2. In consideration of the economic production and good product quality and the largest fertilizer utilization, reduce environmental pollution. For getting the target yield by 8 000 kg/667m2,the dosage of urea between 100 to 125 kg/667m2 was the reasonable fertilizer application for greenhouse cucumber in Hohhot.

    In order to screen available strains for control sunflower sclerotinia. 187 isolates were isolated from noninfected faceplate and root of sunflower,among of them 2 strains (Ng,N22)with antagonism to bacteria were screened by the plate standoff method,and control effect determined by pot experiment, the results showed that N22 strain with Z5 mL fermentation liquid handling soil had best control effect. N9 was identified as Pseudomonas chlororaphis by bacteria morphology, physical and chemical properties and 16 s rDNA sequence, N22 strain identified as Serratiar rub idaea, their GenBank sequence number was KT327642 and KT327643 respectively, which are worth to be further research.

    To select appropriate application method, 5 kinds of herbicides were used alone or mixed. Before the emergence, 75% Thifensulfuron W G and 96% S-metolachlor E C mixing effect was better than using the effect of 50% acetochlor; And after the emergence, 10% Fluoroglycofen and 15% fluazifop-p-butyl mixing effect was better than the single used of them. From the consideration on the safety of kidney bean, closed treatment of soil security was better than the stem leaf treatment reagent.

    Tomato bacterial disease is a kind of vascular diseases caused by bacteria.The pathogenicity of 33 strains collected in different regions was determined by isolation and identification.Among these strains,12 strains belonged to strong pathogenicity,and 18 stains belonged to medium pathogenicity,and the rest 3 strains belonged to weak pathogenicity. Identifying difference in pathogenicity of bacterial pathogens from different origins is the important foundation to explore the polymorphism of the pathogen and to carry out other related research.
    The effect of diurnal variation of photosynthesis of grafting cucumber in greenhouse under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling

    The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration in different stage of grafting cucumber leaves in greenhouse were studied under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling. Main results are as follows:The net photosynthetic rate showed distinct diurnal changes under the high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling.Compared with the control,the net photosynthetic rate increased markedly under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling. The increasing effect of treatment under high temperature with high CO2 concentration was significandy in the early stage, while the increasing effect of treatment under high temperature with medium CO2 concentration was markedly in the rest stage. The direct reason of photosynthesis increasing maybe was the increase of intercellular CO2 concentration of leaf under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling.

    The adjustment and controling of turtle breeding greenhouse need a large amount of fossil energy,so a turtle breeding greenhouse with 30 m2 cultivation area was selected as the research object, the heating load of greenhouse is calculated,and the heating system of parallel solar-assisted heat pump (SAHP) was designed with better optimization,and calculated and selected the key components of SAHP, which test bench was installed in accordance with the design scheme. This SAHP has flexible running mode and is able to use solar energy as much as possible,which could provide reference for the design and application of the similar equipments.

    The new lines of Elymus canadensis L. has excellent resistance for the test materials. We studied on physiological and biochemical changes of new lines of E. canadensis L. under the high salt stress, to reveal its physiological characteristics. The results showed that physiological and biochemical characteristics of the new lines compared with control lines under 2% NaCl stress were as follows:the conductivity rised which increased membrane permeability; and MDA content, free proline content and soluble sugar content increased;but chlorophyll content decreased;the damage degree of new lines leaf was greater than the root under high salt stress conditions, and the salt-tolerance of new line is higher than control variety E.sibiricus.

    In order to study different apricot fruit quality, 4 kinds of local apricots selected in this article, whose single fruit weight, the stone weight, fruit quality index, edible rate, soluble solids, water insoluble solids, total sugar, total acid content, vitamin C, resistance to storage were determined. The results were as follow: Four varieties of apricots" fruit weight, fruit vertical diameter, transverse diameter and edible rate, sugar content, water insoluble solids, soluble solid and vitamin C content showed very significant difference, fruit quality index, sugar-acid ratio have significant differences, the stone weight, total acid content difference was not significant; Gold sun apricot fruit weight, seed weight, edibility, vertical diameter, transverse diameter, fruit storage resistance was significantly higher than the other varieties, Gold sun apricot fruit size was long, had a big advantage in transportation and storage; Katy's sugar content, soluble solids content and sugar-acid ratio were all significantly higher than other varieties, tastes sweet and slightly acidic, more in line with the taste requirements of the public.

    60 oyster mushroom samples had been collected from 5 production base and 5 farm produce fair , formaldehyde content was at 0.09-2.31 mg/kg.At the same time,complete coarse tracking was carried out in production base,where formaldehyde had not been used ,researching in generation and migration patterns of formaldehyde in process of oyster mushroom production.Results showed that the migration of formaldehyde from the introduction of raw materials and hypha metabolism were the main source.

    The experimental vaccine cultured phalaenopsis.Compare different maturity bananas proliferative effect, phalaenopsis with different maturity bananas medium suitability were studied. Phalaenopsis vaccine were transferred to five different maturity bananas medium.After months of tests MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+agar 12 g+suerose 30 g+organie appendages (yellow bananas)100 g, it were most appropriate medium for the proliferation of phalaenopsis.

    Screening plants is an important part for phytoremediation research of petroleum contaminated soils. In this research, seeds of five species were selected. Responses of seed germination and early growth to different levels of petroleum pollutants were observed. The results showed that there was less restrictions on growth of Medicago sativa and Coreopsis tinctoria by petroleum pollutants. They displayed the potential of remedying petroleum contaminated soils.

    In order to provide theory basis for high efficient cultivation techniques and study the meteorological factors on grain filling characteristic of the dry-land wheat ,it had the two wheat varieties :Jinmai 91 and Jinmai 47,planted for two consecutive years under the natural rainfall in the same region.Through observation of the pustulation period and record meteorological factors ,logistic equation was used to study the grain filling traits, using the method correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. A clear correlation of the grain filling characteristic and the meteorological factors were found. The results showed that the wheat weight of a thousand seeds growth assumed the slow-quick-slow change tendency of the S-type during each phase.About 35-40 d filling stage,the grain filling rate maximum value appeared after blossoms 17-20 d and daily maximum growth was more than 2.4 g.During the grouting, grain-filling grain weight index was more sensitive to temperature. Through stepwise regression analysis, the highest surface temperature of 20 cm soil was the dominant factor.
    Spring sowing soil moisture forecast model of maize in Tongliao city

    To guide farmers in advance to take corresponding measures of increasing soil moisture and ensure proper sowing and normal seedling emergence of maize ,and improve the meteorological service capacity for agriculture, Tongliao city 8 counties station meteorological data and soil moisture monitoring data were applied to establish spring sowing maize soil moisture forecast model using principal component analysis and multiple regression equation. Results showed that the effect of meteorological conditions of soil moisture in spring sowing period of corn in each area of Tongliao city was roughly the same, but slightly different. The accuracy rate of 8 meteorological stations of the forecasting model overall was 78% and achieved the desired objectives, so the model fitting degree was better.

    The main climatic characteristics of Ewenki Autonomo us Banner in 2015 winter show that the average temperature is higher and the precipitation is much more than that of the same period of the previous years. Wind speed is larger while the sunshine hours are relatively weak than that of the same period of the previous years. In addition, the snow depth is relatively shallow compared with the same period of the previous years. Taken together, the 2015 winter climate conditions are conducive were the safety of livestock wintering, reserve and transport of forage grass and foraging. But the virus and the bacterial parasite sensitive source is more active, the occurrence and spread of livestock diseases may increase.

    By using multiple regression equation of the interpolation method, corn growth stage average precipitation spatial distribution was calculated in calendar year, the absolute error, inverse distance weighting method is used for error correction. On the basis of the water demand and the sensitivity index of lack rain in each stage of maize, the influence degree by precipitation was calculated in each growth stage. Using the proportion of water demand in each stage accounted for the whole growth period as the weight, It obtained the effects result of the precipitation in whole growth period. Inner Mongolia region precipitation generally difficult to meet the maize growth needs, and gradually reduce from east to west.
    Analysis of prairie climate ecological environment of Ewenki in the past 25 years

    Based on the relevant information, ecological environment of natural prairie of Evenki region was analyzed and we proposed ecological protection recommendations. The results showed that the effective accumulated temperature of ≥0 ℃ appeared a significant upward trend,the annual variation rate was 112.14℃/10a. Precipitation in growing season (from May to Augnst)was on the decline,with an annual variation rate of -13.24 mm/10a. The annum variation of sunshine time was not obvious. The grass coverage of natural pasture showed a significant downward trend, and its annual variation rate was -8.51%/10a. In addition, aboveground biomass decreased by the rate of -23.5 (g/m)/10a. Ecological environment of natural prairie of Evenki region showed a downward trend, local administrative departments should properly control the stocking rates and restore the prairie vegetation and curb the grassland desertification.
    Analysis of the change underground water level of Tongliao city in 2015

    As an important point of the ecological environment effect, monitoring and analysis of underground water level had provided some basis for the ecological environment in the region. The results of Tongliao underground water level monitoring in 2015 showed that the deepest of groundwater level depth was 3 480 centimeter deadline to December in county of Kulun. The lowest of groundwater level depth was 208 centimeter in the city of Huolingol. The underground water level declined from 20 centimeter to 64 centimeter in the whole Tongliao city except this northern part and the Kezuohou banner. The reason of underground water level downward included insufficient natural precipitation, increase of farmland irrigation and irrational exploitation of ground water. From the months of view, the underground water level had picked up on the precipitation concentration months. The main factor of underground water recharge was precipitation with hysteresis in Tongliao city.

    Drought affects plant growth seriously, plant drought resistance worked by many mechanisms.The factors of mechanism of plant drought was discussed in this paper.These mechanisms include morphological characteristics, photosynthetic physiological characteristics, enzyme activity, MDA, osmolytes, hormonal regulation, and drought-induced protein. We reviewed the existing problems and research progress in the current study, and provide reference for the drought resistance mechanism research in the future.

    Through the field practice,the herbaceous plants in lava platform around Jingpo Lake were investigated. The results showed that there were 101 herbaceous plants which belonged to 36 families, 84 genera in this area.Among 43 species were dominant plants, 75 species were medicinal plants. The authors investigated the distribution of wild herbaceous plants, and analyzed the application prospect of the herbaceous plants around Jingpo Lake,which provided technical assistance for the development of these plants.
