Abstract: In order to provide theory basis for high efficient cultivation techniques and study the meteorological factors on grain filling characteristic of the dry-land wheat ,it had the two wheat varieties :Jinmai 91 and Jinmai 47,planted for two consecutive years under the natural rainfall in the same region.Through observation of the pustulation period and record meteorological factors ,logistic equation was used to study the grain filling traits, using the method correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. A clear correlation of the grain filling characteristic and the meteorological factors were found. The results showed that the wheat weight of a thousand seeds growth assumed the slow-quick-slow change tendency of the S-type during each phase.About 35-40 d filling stage,the grain filling rate maximum value appeared after blossoms 17-20 d and daily maximum growth was more than 2.4 g.During the grouting, grain-filling grain weight index was more sensitive to temperature. Through stepwise regression analysis, the highest surface temperature of 20 cm soil was the dominant factor.
