Abstract: In＂ 12th Five-Year＂period ,the science and technology in agriculture and animal husbandry has made considerable progress in Inner Mongolia. Agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate reached to 51.8% ,the total grain output stable at more than 55 billion pounds, and the livestock to reach more than 136 million only, but at the same time, there were still many contradiction and problems in agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology development, it seriously restricted the Inner Mongolia agricultural science and technology progress and the construction of modern agriculture. The problems of agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology work were analyzed, and put forward the measures to actively and prudently proceed with work of agriculture and animal husbandry science and technology in ＂13th Five-Year＂ ,such as reform of the system mechanism ,take an active part in innovation,speed up the achievements transformation and strengthen the talent team construction.
