Abstract: To break the monotonous flower market situation that caused of cold and dry in winter in Chifeng region of Inner Mongolia and increase flowering plant species of cold region in winter and save the production cost, the experiment was done on forcing culture of peony variety ＇Fen Dan Bai＇, that sprayed with gihberellin （GA3）peony root treatment method in the winter outdoor pre-basin.The results showed that both amount of low temperature before the begining of December in Chifeng region and a certain concentration of gibberellin （GA3）can break the dormancy of ＇Fen Dan Bai＇, thus contributing to bolting and flowering.And the growth effect was good in later period. Gibberellin （GA3）played a significant role in promoting the growth of branch.
