  • Influence of salt stress on glycyrrhiza seedling growth and physiological and biochemical indexes

    In this study,the glycyrrhiza uralensi, s seedlings as test materials,using different concentration of salt solution (0,50,100,200 mmol/L) watering seedling treatment,the influence of different salt stress treatment on glycyrrhiza seedling growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied. The results showed that under the lower salt concentration (50 mmol/L), strong growth of glycyrrhiza seedling,developed root and leaf relative water content than control group had no obvious change ;bound water/free water and chlorophyll content were significantly higher than control group. Under high salt concentration solution treatment (100,200 mmol/L), glycyrrhiza seedling biomass decreased obviously; leaf relative electrical conductivity and bound water/free water increased;leaf relative water content and chlorophyll a/b decreased and the change trend increased with concentration of salt solution. The low concentration of salt stress by liquorice seedlings (50 mmol/L) had certain adaptability.

    In this study, the optimal nitrogen (N),phosphate (P) and potassium (K) fertilizers dosage of corn planting under high-density planting condition (double plants in one point) was studied in Hetao irrigation district by using "3414" fertilizer experiment method. The results showed that the combination of N ,P, K fertilizers obviously influence the yields of corn under high-density maize planting condition (double plants in one point). The comprehensive effect of N,P and K fertilizers was 78.7% ,which indicated the effects of fertilizers can be exerted mostly under coordination condition of enough N,P,K fertilizers. The N fertilizer was the highest effect (52.4%) and P fertilizer was higher (36.4%) among the three fertilizers of N,P,K. Based on the preliminary result, the optimum economy fertilizers dosage of corn planting under high- density planting condition (double plants in one point) in Hetao irrigation district was:N was 393.75 kg/hm2, P205 was 291.9 kg/hm2,K20 was 93.15 kg/hm2.

    The purpose of this study is to establish an suitable two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) for Magnolia officinalis leaf protein.The fresh leafs were chosen and grinded in the experiment of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The results showed TCA/acetone+Tris saturated phenol method with clear background intensity, high resolution and purity in the content of separation protein. In consideration of the optimized system through selection of separating the proteins of leaves with 17 cm pHS-SNL IPG strips and IEF II and 2-DE program. It provided the reference for research progress in proteomics of species Magnolia officinalis.

    Physiological dormancy process is that seed mature in the harvest will have a certain time after the ripening process. The time of seed ripening of different crops was different, which has a relationship with the external environment and their own conditions.The seeds of different growth status in the same time was harvested, and the germination test was carried out in the same time.The results showed that the c]oser it get to the mature harvest time, the shorter the time of seed dormancy ;in the same ear, moving closer to the top of the ear the shorter the time of seeds after-ripening. Preliminary experiment explored the general regulation of seed dormancy after-ripening in order to provide help and reference for production.
    Screening and comprehensive evaluation of cotton varieties in the west of Inner Mongolia

    In order to solve the problem that the main varieties of cotton production are not clear in the extreme arid area of Western Inner Mongolia, the growth and development process, agronomic characters and yield characters of 48 cotton varieties (lines) were evaluated. The results showed that based on the boll number, boll opening rate, seed cotton yield and lint yield of 4 main varieties of each index and average factor scores of cotton varieties, Tianyuan No. I, Xinluzao 41, 351113,49,351116, Henan cotton No.5, 1822,Wine No.8,Wine No.10,Xinluzao 48, Xinluzhong 42, Zhong 4907, the new agricultural cotton No.4, N5587, Huamian 2270,Zhongmiansuo 92,Zhong 6845, CCRI 619, N8002 etc.were suitable for planting in Ejina banner.on the basis of ecological adaptability, Tianyuan No. 1, Xinluzao 41, 351113, 49, 351116, Henan cotton cotton No. 5,1822,wine No. 8,wine No. 10, Xinluzao 48, Xinluzhong 42 and other varieties had excellent comprehensive performance ,which are expected to become the main planting variety.

    The stress resistance, ecological adaptability and habitat suitability of crops have become one of the key problems in breeding. The cotton variety Xinluzhong 42 were planted in the main cotton planting area in the west of Inner Mongolia to select suitable planting area, the different ecological functional zones of the growth period of growth period, agronomic traits, yield traits and yield features of skin were determined. The results showed that Xinluzhong 42 seed cotton yield and lint yield were the highest for 5 427.3 kg]hm2' 2 315.4 kg/hm2 in Ejin Banner; comprehensive analysis, Xinluzhong 42 in the western region of Inner Mongolia,order of suitable planting area Ejina Banner, Alxa Right Banner, Alxa Left Banner, Uxin Banner. Ecological adaptability and habitat suitability showed the geographical distribution pattern of decreasing from Northwest to Southeast;To Dengkou County because of the frost before boll opening rate was not up to the standard still need to further test.

    In order to study foxtail millet color traits inheritance and accelerate the breeding process, farmhouse varieties Jinxiangyu Xiaobaimi which millet color is white and Chigu series varieties which millet color is yellow as parents, hot water emasculation method was used to be orthogonal cross and reciprocal crosses. According to the millet color isolated law of Fl populations and F2 populations,genetic analysis was made. The results showed that in Fl populations, orthogonal and reciprocal millet colors were all buff; millet colour yellow : buff :white was about 1:2:1;it was not accord with Mendelian inheritance. So Jinxiangyu Xiaobaimi white gene was semi-dominant.

    Based on design the screening experiment for ten kinds of sowing dates, to define the suitable sowing date of oat Baiyan NO.2 in Hinggan League region,the results show~;d the sowing date of April 15,the yield of oat was the highest, and the economic characters was better. Under the condition of this experiment,to make sure grain filling smoothly and completely mature, the oat had better to be sowed in the middle of April.

    Using Baiyan 7 and Mongolian Ambassador Yan No. 1 as the test material, the experiment was conducted to understand the effect of potassium doses on grain yield and quality of different oat eultivars in a split-plot design with two factors. It was found that the grain yield first increased and then decreased with the increase of the amount of potassium doses. And the size of potassium doses differentiated the quality of oats. Fertilization of oats with potassium in the dose of 90-135 kg/hm2 reached the maximum of grain yield and the protein content,β-glucan content and oil content of grain in the above mentioned oats,as well as plant height,grain number,main spike length, number of spikelets,grain weight per plant and grain weight,which is the rational fertilization measures to have practical significance to guide the production of oats.

    To study the effects of different plastic mulching modes on the changes of soil moisture, temperature and yield, and provide theoretical basis and technical support for water saving and high yield of maize,0-30 cm soil temperature change and 0-100 cm soil moisture change during vital growth stage and yield under two different plastic mulching modes were carried out in 2015 and 2016.The results showed that the yield of maize by KM,SM respectively increased by 29.3% and 15.5% compared with non-film cover maize ;the water saving effect of different plastic mulching modes was KM〉SM〉CK; the soil water content of KM-N and SM-N increase by 52.2% and 41.0% than CK in 0-100 cm layers;the average temperature of 0-30 cm soil layer KM-N was 3.5℃ higher than that of KM-W treatment and SM-N was 3.3℃ higher than that of SM-W. Research suggested that KM can regulate the soil temperature and the moisture, significantly improving the soil temperature and holding more water at early stage to apply to the late growth stage ,so increased the grain number per spike, 100-grain weight and maize yield.
    The effect of compound bio-fertilizers on soil physical and chemical properties of natural meadow in Horqin district

    The natural meadow is facing with various degradations in Horqin. In order to attain better results of soil improvement, the effect of compound bio-fertilizers on soil physical and chemical properties was investigated. The Humic acid, molasses fermentation and alginic acid were selected and the effect of comprehensive the above three compound bio-fertilizers was measured, so there were 5 treatments in this study in addition control, marking CK, F,T, H and A respectively. The results showed that the compound bio-fertilizers increased soil water content and decreased soil bulk density. The soil organism matter was also increased and T,H and A were significantly higher than CK.A was higher than CK by 22.8%. So the compound bio-fertilizers accelerated soil physical condition and nutrient balance.

    In order to study the regularity of physico-chemical properties of soil column under continuous irrigation, reasonable application rate and irrigation amount of desulfuration gypsum and humic acid were determined. By using soil column simulation test, desulfurized gypsum was selected as modifiers. The leaching experiments of saline - alkali soil were carried out to analyze the relative indexes of soil and leachate.The results showed that Ca2+ in desulfurized gypsum can replace the Na+ adsorbed by soil colloid, adjust the ion balance, the effect was significant, and the desulfurization gypsum dosage 1.2 times of the theoretical value was more reasonable.

    According to soil condition in northern drought mountain in Yongdeng and production actual situation of potato, the results indicated that the most suitable NPK combination was CO (NH2)2 375.0 kg/hm2,CaS20s 112.5 kg/hm2,K2S04 600.0 kg/hm2, which can make the yield reach to 20 730 kg/hm2 and it was increased over 80% than local average yield. Besides, the soil in this region contained rich N and P, but severely short of K. K was the most effect factor on potato's yield in this region, therefore we should pay more attention to application content of K and reasonable NPK combination to promote potato' s yield.

    To meet the technical requirement of potato production in large scale in arid and semi-arid areas of Midwest Inner Mongolia, Integrated critical techniques of high quality virus-free seed potatoes selection,matched agricultural machinery and agronomy, cost-saving and synergism fertilizing technology, water-saving irrigation, integrated pest management and propagation and extension of virus-free seed potatoes were demonstrated extended in large area. The average yield of demonstration area is 49 896.0 kg/hm2, whose benefit increased more than 78.30%, and the utilization efficiency of water resource was improved significantly, meanwhile, the production cost were decreased and the production efficiency was improved.

    In order to better understand the sunflower black stem the onset of diseases in different regions of the domestic situation and pathogenicity, from Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Xinjiang sunflower black shank of a serious plot separation process for 18 strains. By using the method of traditional biology sunflower black stem bacteria (Phoma maodonaldii Boerema) main biologica} characteristics and systemic research on the pathogenic characteristics. With ITS universal primers ITS1 / ITS4 of rDNA - ITS area of strains for PCR amplification and sequencing, and the morphological identification of the bacteria, compare to pathogenic bacteria in different parts of the black stern force strength, the results showed that the bacteria to McIntosh stem point mi|dew Phoma macdona~dii, separation of 18 strains were all black shank of pathogenic bacteria, and the strongest form of which was from Yangsi village of Inner Mongolia Ulanqab, And the weakest was from Baicheng of Jilin province academy of agricuhural sciences" plots. This study aimed at providing a better master black stem pathogen biology characteristics and targeted to provide basis for prevention and treatment of the disease.

    a method about the identification of sunflower verticillium wilt resistance: a quantitative method for dipping bacteria solution was studied in this paper.This method is close to actual sunflower growth conditions, can be carried out at any time to identify the sunflower verticiflium wilt resistance through the method. Resistant (S18) and susceptible (P77) sunflower genotypes infected with V dahlia by this method. The results of pathogenic detection showed that resistance characteristics of resistance genotypes S l 8 was significantly higher than that of susceptible genotypes P77; physiological and biochemical index determination results showed that the change of soluble protein content and POD activity of two genotypes are different. Generally, the content of soluble protein was higher in resistance genotypes S18 than in susceptible genotypes P77. After infected with V dahlia, the POD had a stronger activity in resistance genotypes S 18 when compared with susceptible genotypes P77.

    To investigate the occurrence and distribution of the pest Frankliniella occidentalis of midwest region of Inner Mongolia, field investigation and laboratory identification method were used to identify and investigate the pest.The results showed that through the investigation and identification of different sites and host plants in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia, it was found that the distribution of Frankliniella occidentcdis in midwest region of Inner Mongolia was quite extensive and complicated.Morphological characters of Frankliniella occidentalis were described and the occurrence and discribution and host plants of this quarantine pest in midwest region of Inner Mongolia were introduced and summaried the danmage and control methods.

    To explore and compare different Heterob~sidion insulate under different culture conditions in degradation. Adjustments required nutrient concentrations,in the original pH, temperature and biomass of inoculation conditions, comparative island born different Basidiomycete fungi degradation effect, for 20% of the pesticide plant in dilute concentration wastewater research impact island in Basidiomyeete fungi to degrade pesticide active factors. Through the cultivation of 6 d,island Basidiomycete fungi biodegradable sample pesticide plant 50% of chromaticity and phenol in wastewater, and under the condition of 28 ~C. The research resuhs showed that only after 9 d train island born Basidiomyeete fungi,can reduce 60% of all parameters. In plus the presence of nutrient elements,island living different Basidiomycete fungi flora of decoloring effect were improved significantly. Under the condition of adding glutamic acid,the decolorization effect was obvious.

    In this paper, the snow cover spatial-temporal variance, and snow cover distribution data usage and the impact of climate factors change on time and space change are reviewed and summarized since 1980s, as well as the forward research of snow cover change in Inner Mongolia on time and space were prospected. The climate changing effect mechanism on the snow distribution should be found out,and the model of snow cover change in Inner Mongolia distribution should be established by using data fusion of the satellite.

    The research in crop low temperature chilling injury was extensive and in-depth over years at home and abroad. The abroad research on chilling damage mainly focused on the mechanism of crop cold damage,but the less research on chilling damage indexes and chilling damage monitoring. Therefore in this paper the indexes of low temperature damage were summarized, which have been determined for different crops and different areas in China for many years. Its applicability and advantages or disadvantage also were analyzed. The basis for selecting the suitable chilling injury index under different conditions was provided in this paper.

    To break the monotonous flower market situation that caused of cold and dry in winter in Chifeng region of Inner Mongolia and increase flowering plant species of cold region in winter and save the production cost, the experiment was done on forcing culture of peony variety 'Fen Dan Bai', that sprayed with gihberellin (GA3)peony root treatment method in the winter outdoor pre-basin.The results showed that both amount of low temperature before the begining of December in Chifeng region and a certain concentration of gibberellin (GA3)can break the dormancy of 'Fen Dan Bai', thus contributing to bolting and flowering.And the growth effect was good in later period. Gibberellin (GA3)played a significant role in promoting the growth of branch.

    Using Landsat 80LI image and field survey data, combined with visual interpretation, ISODATA classification of unsupervised classification, maximum likelihood classification of supervised classification and object-oriented image classification, a preliminary study was conducted on spring wheat identification at farmland in Great Khingan western slope. The results showed the whole accuracy of classification accuracy in maximum likelihood, ISODATA and object-oriented image classification were 53.33% ,54.65%;~ 71.26% respectively; user accuracy of spring wheat in three methods were 60.00%, 61.29% and 83.33% respectively. The object-oriented image classification was better than ISODATA and maximum likelihood classification, and it would provide ideas for spring wheat identification in these areas.
    Study on the competitiveness of homegrown vegetables from the perspective of consumer purchasing in Beijing

    Based on the analysis of 840 vegetable consumers in Beijing, the results indicated that consumers had the highest brand awareness of Sanyuan agriculture and Xiaotangshan vegetables. Only 29.6% of consumers distinguished homegrown vegetables when buying vegetables. Frequency of consumer purchase of different vegetables from large to small was as follows:Beijing vegetables;outside vegetables; organic vegetables;off-season vegetables; brand vegetables. In addition , only 26.9% of consumers known Younongjiap in platform, but there were 76% of consumers should be willing to log on. The overall evaluation of the platform was good, but there was still a lot of room for improvement. Finally,based on the results, some policy recommendations were put forward.

    With the rising of the knowledge-based economy in the world,there is a tendency that shows inter-dependence, mutual penetration between science and technology and economic development. Country put the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as the focus of agricultural industrialization and the service "three rural" work. However,low application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in agricultural production and less economic benefits of scientific and technological achievements are obvious ;the information channel is not smooth;the demand is not strong.
