Abstract: In the paper the forestry carbon sink market of China in the context of coping with climate change was studied and the basic situation,the practice process and the development status of forestry carbon sink projects were elaborated under different transaction mechanisms,the main problems in the current forestry carbon sink market were put forward.The four coping strategies for the problems were：making property rights clear,developing carbon sink projects scientifically,expanding the market demand and transaction scale,strengthening and standardizing the publicity as well as promotion.
