Abstract: Study the impact of different cultivation practices on beets yield and quality, through field tests of setting up different intercropping of Chinese cabbage and beets, spraying different enhancers and inhibitors on beets. The result indicates: Intercropping beets was subjected to the planting density and cabbage stress, the yield was significantly reduced than single cropping beets, and production of cabbage and beet 2∶1 intercropping was 28.9% of single cropping, the 2∶2 intercropping was 50.1% of single cropping.Cabbage to stop irrigation after harvest, the beet sugar content of the different cropping patterns had no significant difference, growth regulators had no significant effect on the beet sugar content.Controlling water after the cabbage harvest is the key to ensure and promote the quality of beet sugar.
