浑善达克沙地土壤种子库结构与动态特征

The Structure and Dynamics Characteristics of Soil Seed Bank in Hunshandake Sandy Land

摘要: 以内蒙古锡林郭勒盟正蓝旗境内的浑善达克沙地为研究对象,选取固定沙丘、半固定沙丘和流动沙丘3种沙丘类型,通过野外调查取样与室内萌发试验相结合的方法,对不同沙丘类型土壤种子库的组成、物种多样性及时空分布等特征进行调查分析。研究结果表明,①不同类型沙丘的土壤种子库密度为固定沙丘〉半固定沙丘〉流动沙丘;不同类型沙丘的土壤种子库均以一年生草本植物为主,从固定沙丘到流动沙丘,其优势度为57.3%~70.3%。②不同类型沙丘的土壤种子库的物种多样性为固定沙丘〉流动沙丘〉半固定沙丘。③物种相似性系数的变化以半固定沙丘与固定沙丘为最大,流动沙丘与固定沙丘为最小。④随着生长季节的变化,土壤种子库的种子量变化明显;不同沙丘类型土壤种子库的空间分布呈现不同的规律。

Abstract: Taking the Hunshandake sandy land in Zhenglan Banner of Xilinguole,Inner Mongolia as the research object,the plant composition,species diversity,temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of soil seed bank in the fixed dune,semi-fixed dune and moving dune were investigated using the method of combining field survey sampling and interior germination test. Some conclusions can be drawn from this study ①the density of soil seed bank showed that:fixed dune〉semi-fixed dune〉moving dune; the soil seed bank were dominated by the seeds of annual herbaceous species. The dominance from fixed dune to moving dune was 57.3 %~70.3 %. ②The species diversity of soil seed bank under different types sand dunes were fixed dune〉 moving dune〉 semi-fixed dune. ③The change of species similar coefficient species in semi-fixed dune and fixed dune is the greatest,but in moving dune and fixed dune was the least.④ The number of the seeds in soil seed bank changed significantly with the variety of the growing season. The spatial distribution of soil seed bank under different types of sand dunes showed different patterns.
