Abstract: The surplus labor transfer was necessarily affecting rural land circulation market. The conditions affecting the renting,leasing out and autarky of land was solved by the writer through theoretical analysis. The results showed that the land endowment,transaction cost and land price of renting and leasing out of farmers would affect location conduction. The higher the marginal revenue of land was,the less the land for leasing out was and the more the land for renting was. The wage rates of non-agricultural employment and agricultural workers were increasingly higher,the renting of land was inhibited and the leasing out of land was promoted.
