盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗光合作用的影响

Effects of Salinity Stress on Plant Photosynthesis of Cucumber Leaves

摘要: 以2个耐盐性不同的黄瓜品种中农15号黄瓜(盐敏感)和津优3号黄瓜(耐盐)为材料,用不同浓度的NaCl溶液进行处理,研究盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗计片光合性能的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫条件下,净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素a(Chla)含量、叶绿素b(Chlb)含量随着盐胁迫浓度的加大和时间的延长总体上呈下降趋势,而气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度总体上呈先降后升的趋势,叶片叶绿素b/叶绿素a比值(Chlb/Chla)随盐胁迫时间的延长逐渐升高。耐盐性不同的品种所受到的伤害程度不同,耐盐性强的品种津优3号黄瓜的伤害程度小于耐盐性弱的品种中农15号黄瓜。

Abstract: Using different concentration of NaCl treating seedlings, the effects of salinity stress on photosynthesis of cucumber leaves of two breeds, which were different in tolerance on salinity stress, were investigated. The result showed that, as increasing of salinity concentration and prolongation of salinity stress, the .photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll-a content, chlorophyll-b content were decreased significantly, stomatal conductance and and intercelluar CO2 content decreased early and then increased, the ratio of Chlb/Chla were increased gradually. The extent of injury was different between cucumber of two breeds, the injury extent of the cucumber Jinyou3, which has a higher tolerance on salinity, was less than that of Zhongnong15, which has a lower tolerance on salinity.
