摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着社会经济的发展和个人收入的增加，人们的食品消费结构发生了巨大变化，总的趋势是口粮消费比例下降，畜产品消费比例上升。从粮食和居民食品消费结构的变化入手，结合湖北省的资源禀赋和利用状况以及畜牧业发展现状，笔者对畜牧业发展中存在的问题进行了分析和探讨，并提出了相应的对策，以便对实际生产具有指导意义。

Abstract: With the development of social economy and the increase of personal income, people＇s food consumption structure is changing considerably. The whole trend is that the consumption of food ration is declining, that of animal husbandry is increasing. Based on food and changes of consumption structure, the problems in husbandry were anaylsed and probed combinated with the utilization of natural resource and the developing situation of animal husbandry in Hubei in the paper, and the strategies were put forward to provide guiding advice to practical production.
