高效生物化工堆肥转化技术的应用研究

摘要: 为了探索高效快速的畜禽粪便堆肥转化技术,该研究首先采用棚膜覆盖、利用太阳能保温、翻堆等技术措施使牛粪、鸡粪混合物料中水分适量蒸发散失,同时加入生物菌剂,经过滚筒造粒以后,再进行堆积发酵。结果表明,6d以后,堆肥的pH值稳定为7.5;C/N由原来的19降到了11,且稳定不变;种子发芽指数达到98%以上。完全达到了堆肥腐熟指标,为有机肥实现集约化生产提供了基础依据。

Abstract: In this study,the aim was to explore the rapid and efficient technology on transforming discharge of livestock and poultry into fertilizer. Firstly,a certain rate of water in cow dung and chicken manure evaporated by coverage of greenhouse film,the usage of solar energy and ground handling. Secondly,biological agents was added into it,after the granule was formed by drum granulator,accumulation of fermentation was made. The results showed that the pH value is 7.5 stably six days later,the rate of C/N decreased from 19 to 11 with stabilization,seed germination index reached 98 %. In conclusion,it reaches the compost maturity indexes,also lays the foundation for the scale production of organic fertilizer.
