摘要/Abstract

摘要： 试验用利福平、硫酸阿米卡星、青链霉素3种药物对猪的呼吸道疾病进行治疗试验,以探讨利福平、硫酸阿米卡星、青链霉素对猪的呼吸道疾病的治疗效果。试验共分3个不同药物组,治疗1个疗程为4d：Ⅰ组利福平的治愈率为87.1%,治疗有效率为100%。Ⅱ组硫酸阿米卡星的治愈率为34.4%,治疗有效率为87.5%。Ⅲ组青链霉素的治愈率为28.1%,治疗有效率为84.4%。治疗结果经χ^2检验,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组组间差异极显著（P〈0.01）;Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组组间差异不显著（P〉0.05）。治疗效果,试验Ⅰ组比Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别提高50%、60%,疗效显著。

Abstract: To compare healing effect on porcine respiratory diseases,pigs were treated with rifampicin,amikacin and a combination of penicillin and streptomycin,respectively.The period of treatment was 4 d.The pigs of group I treated with rifampicin had a cure rate of 87.1% and effective rate of 100%.The pigs of group II treated with amikacin had a cure rate of 34.4% and effective rate of 87.5%.The pigs of group III treated with the combination of penicillin and streptomycin had a cure rate of 28.1% and effective rate of 84.4%.As checked by χ^2 test,the healing effect was significantly different between the group I and the group II or between the group I and the group III （P〈0.01） but not significantly different between the group II and the group III （P 〉0.05）.The healing effect of the group I was 50% higher than that of the group II and 60% higher than that of the group III.
