Effects of Solidago canadensis L. on Performance of Rex Rabbits

摘要: 选取120只健康、体重相近、50~60日龄的獭兔,随机分为4组,组Ⅰ(对照组)饲喂基础日粮,组Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ(处理组)分别饲喂含11%、22%和33%加拿大一枝黄花的日粮,研究添加不同比例加拿大一枝黄花草粉对獭兔生产性能和消化系统发育的影响。结果表明,不同处理组日增重、采食量及料重比与对照组相比差异不显著,各处理组间差异不显著;皮肉品质中,组Ⅱ的肉色B值显著高于组Ⅰ(P〈0.05),其他指标差异不显著;不同处理间盲肠和盲肠内容物绝对重和相对重差异不显著。这表明,生长期獭兔的加拿大一枝黄花适宜用量为11%~33%,其中效益最好的用量为11%。

Abstract: A total of 120 health rex rabbits with similar body weight and at the age of 50-60 d were randomly divided into four groups,group I(control group),group Ⅱ、Ⅲ and IV(treatment group).The rex rabbits in the group I were fed a common basal diet,and those in the group II,III and IV were fed diets containing 11%,22% and 33% Solidago canadensis L.,respectively.The results showed that the daily gain,feed intake and feed conversion ratio of rabbits in the treatment groups were not different from that of control group.The slaughter rate of rex rabbit in group III was higher than that in group II significantly(P0.05).The flesh color B in group II was 14.6 better than that in the control group significantly(P0.05).Other indicators were not significantly different between control group and the treatment groups.These indicated that the dosage of Solidago canadensis L.was 11%~33% and the best was 11%.
