衰老菠菜叶生理特征的研究

Research of Physiological Characteristics on Aging Spinach Leaf

摘要: 对菠菜叶中的叶绿素和蛋白质含量进行了研究。研究表明,叶绿素和蛋白质含量与叶片衰老之间存在明显的负相关;菠菜叶片衰老时,叶绿素含量下降,且叶绿素a比叶绿素b下降得快;衰老程度越严重,叶绿素含量越低,蛋白质含量下降,蛋白质水解酶比活力上升。

Abstract: In the study,the contain of chlorophyll and protein from spinach leaf were determined.The result indicated that there was negative correlation between the contain of chlorophyll and protein and ageing;When spinach leaf aged,the contain of chlorophyll decreased,and the decrease in chlorophyll a was higher than that of chlorophyll b;More spinach leaf was serious aging,more the contain of chlorophyll was lower.Meanwhile,the contain of protein decreased,and the activity of protease also increased.
