南四湖水域蛭弧菌BD04生物学特性的研究

Study on the Biological Characteristics of BdeUovibrio BD04 in Water Area of Southern Four Lakes

摘要: 从患病鲫鱼中分离得到病原菌B1、B2,从南四湖河蟹养殖区底泥中分离得到5株蛭弧菌,并选取蛭弧菌BD0d对其生物学性质进行初步研究。结果表明,蛭弧茵BD04不仅能裂解鱼类病原菌B1、B2,还能裂解大肠杆菌C600和金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌。其最适温度为30℃,最适pH值为8.2。研究结果显示,蛭弧菌作为一种生物净化因子,具有很大的发展潜力和应用价值。

Abstract: The pathogenic strains B 1 and B2 were isolated from diseased Carassius auratus. And five strains of Bdellovibrio were isolated from the mud in the culture area of crab in Southern Four Lakes and Bdellovibrio BD04 was selected to study its biological characteristics preliminarily. The results showed that Bdellovibrio BD04 could not only lyse fish-pathogenic bacteria, but it could also lyse E. coli C600 and Staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria. And the optimum temperature was 30 ℃ and the optimum pH was 8.2. The research results demonstrated that BdeUovibrio as a kind of biological purification had greater developmental potential and application values.
