摘要: 全面分析和比较了目前三聚氰胺的检测方法,主要包括色谱检测法(高效液相色谱法、液相色谱—质谱/质谱法、气相色谱—质谱联用法和超高效液相色谱—质谱联用法)、离子色谱法、光谱检测法(拉曼光谱法、红外光谱法、近红外线吸收检测法和核磁共振法)、容量分析法(苦味酸法、升华法、电位滴定法、毛细管电泳检测法和试剂盒检测法)及其他检测方法(比色法、纳米粒子颜色法、化学发光法和浊度法)。

Abstract: The detection methods of melamine at present were analyzed and compared fully. The detected methods included that chromatography methods(high-performance liquid chromatography,LC- MS/ MS, gas chromatography-mass spectrum, UHPLC-MS), ion chromatography, spectrum methods (raman spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, near-near infrared absorption detection method and nuclear maganetic resonance), volumetric analysis methods(picric acid method, sublimation method, potentiometric titration, capillary electrophoresis detection method and kit detection method) and other detection methods (colorimetry, nano-particle color method, chemiluminescence method and turbidimetric method).
