Research Progress on Adhesion Protein of Swine Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae

摘要: 猪肺炎支原体是导致猪慢性肺炎的致病因子,其致病过程主要由表面黏附蛋白介导完成。综述了肺炎支原体表面黏附蛋白(P36、P46、P65、P97、P102、P110、P159和P216)的研究进展,为猪慢性肺炎的治疗和诊断研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: Swine Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae whose pathogenisis is primarily mediated by adhesion protein is one of pathopoiesia inducing swine chronic pneumonia. The research on adhesion proteins of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae like P36, P46, P65, P97, P102, P110, P159 and P216 were summarized so as to lay the foundation for study on treatment and diagnosis of swine chronic pneumonia.
