提高酸浆种子发芽率的研究

Study on Raising Seed Germination Rate of Physalis alkekengi

摘要: 采用光照、蒸馏水、HCI(1%)溶液、NaOH(1%)溶液、无水乙醇和MS培养基等不同处理,研究酸浆种子的发芽情况。结果表明,蒸馏水浸泡、酸处理、碱处理、乙醇处理和培养基培养均可以提高酸浆种子的发芽率。MS培养基发芽率最高,为23.O%;蒸馏水浸泡48h,其发芽率为16.9%。

Abstract: Study on seed germination of Physalis alkekengi under light, distilled water, HC1 (1%), NaOH (1%), alcohol and MS culture medium with different treatment. The results showed that, distilled water immersion, acid treatment, alkali treatment, ethanol treatment and media culture can improve seed germination rate of Physalis alkekengi. MS culture medium maximum germination rate is 23.0%, and distilled water immersion with 48 h, the germination rates is 16.9%.
