摘要: DNA甲基化修饰是表观遗传学领域的一个重要组成部分,它有助于基因的表达调控,对哺乳动物胚胎的发育调节起着重要的作用。主要概述了DNA甲基化的机制、生物学功能及生物学意义等.并提出今后对DNA甲基化进行深入的研究是必然趋势,它将有可能成为医学中治疗某些疾病的常规技术指标。
Abstract: DNA methylation is an important part of apparent genetic field. It is benefit for the expression and regulation of gene, and it also has important effect on developmental regulation of mammalian embryo. The mechanism and biological function and significance of DNA methylation were mainly introduced, and it was prospected that it is necessary to deeply study DNA methylation in future. DNA methylation may be as a routine technical target in medicine to treat some diseases.
