赤藓糖醇发酵培养基的优化条件研究

摘要: 利用微生物发酵来制取赤藓糖醇,其得天独厚的发展前景引起了国内众多研究机构和厂家的重视,但是,生产成本太高却限制了赤藓糖醇产业的发展,因此,降低赤藓糖醇的生产成本是推动赤藓糖醇产业发展的根本途径。以1株山东龙力生物科技股份有限公司实验室筛选的赤藓糖醇高产菌株——耐高渗假丝酵母为试验对象,通过单因素研究、正交研究确定菌体的最佳培养基配比,最终实现让赤藓糖醇在实际生产中达到提高产量、降低成本的目的。

Abstract: The use of microbial fermentation system to take erythritol shows prospects, and the development of its unique attracts the attention of many domestic research institutes and manufacturers, but the high production cost has limited the development of erythritol industry, so reducing the the cost of production of erythritol is the fundamental way to promote the industrial development of erythritol industry. In this experiment, the optimal medium ratio of one erythritol high-yielding strain Candida lipolytica Screened by Shandong Longlive Bio-technology Co., Ltd. Laboratory was taken as material was studied through single factor and orthogonal experiments to improve yield and reduce costs in the actual production.
