摘要: 实训教学体系是实现人才培养目标的关键。针对高职院校乳制品加工与检测课程在实训教学中存在的问题,以乳品企业的岗位要求为依据,提出了相应的改革措施,以提高学生的实际操作能力和综合素质。

Abstract: Practical teaching system is the key to achieve talent cultivation target. Aiming at the existent problems in practical teaching of dairy processing and detection course in higher vocational college ,according to job requirements of dairy enterprises, some corresponding reform measures were put forward in order to improve practical operation abilities and overall quality of students.
