摘要: 主要进行了硫酸多黏菌素B的膜脱色和活性炭脱色2种工艺的比较.结果表明,膜脱色在泵出口压力为25 kgf/cm2、料液pH值为2.5、进料温度为50℃时,其脱色率为86%;而A类活性炭的脱色条件为:料液脱色时间为50 min、进料温度为55℃、活性炭添加量为料液的2.5%时,其脱色率为75%.
Abstract: The membrane decoloring and activated carbon decoloring of sulfate polymyxin B were compared. The results showed that the decoloration rate of sulfate polymyxin B was 86% when it was treated by membrane decoloring under the conditions of pressure of 25 kgf/cm2, pH of 2.5, feeding temperature of 50 ℃. The decoloration conditions with activated carbon A were as follows: decoloration time of 50 min, feeding temperature of 55 ℃ ,the addition amount of activated carbon was 2.5% of feed solution, its decoloration rate was up to 75%.
